Story
Hi, I’m Clyde… and I’m basically a big, fluffy goofball looking for my people.   I love being outside and strolling around the yard like I have very important things to check on. Sunshine, fresh air, and keeping an eye on everything are some of my favorite hobbies. But don’t let that fool you. I’m also a professional couch potato. If there’s a cozy spot inside near my humans, that’s exactly where I want to be.   I really love attention… like, a lot. I’ll lean on you, nudge you, and politely (but persistently) remind you that it’s time for pets. I’m sweet, silly, and full of fluffy charm. Some people call me a “big loaf,” and honestly… that feels pretty accurate.   I’m looking for a home where I can enjoy the outdoors safely and then come inside to be spoiled like the prince I am. ##2704397##

Story
This is Snowball. He is a 5 year old Great Pyrenees mix, intact. I have to make the extremely difficult decision to rehome this boy. I cannot care for him the way he needs me to. This breaks my heart. He is a giant sweetheart when he wants to be. He does NOT like to be told what to do. He is fear aggressive and is in desperate need of a job and confidence boost. He is a great night time watch dog. Thats a Pyrenees for ya! He has always been wonderful around my daughter. He is an outside dog, but does not make messes when inside. He has a yard mate, so he enjoys a friend. But I do not know how he would do with a new friend. He does not know how to be on a leash, therefore I cannot get him out of the yard by myself which has caused a big problem. He needs a loving home, which I will admit, I can not proved any longer.

Story
Meet Golden Baron—a 110-pound gentle giant with the heart of a teddy bear and the presence of a lion. This 5-year-old Golden Retriever/Great Pyrenees mix is as stunning as he is soulful, blending the loyal sweetness of a Golden with the calm, steady nature of a Pyrenees.   Baron recently lost his beloved human dad, and his whole world changed overnight. He was deeply loved and lived a pampered life, and you can see that in everything he does—his manners are impeccable, he’s perfectly house-trained, and he treats a home with the utmost respect. No chewing, no chaos…just quiet companionship and loyalty.   Despite his size, Baron is incredibly gentle. He loves children, does wonderfully with other dogs (especially those closer to his size), and has a calm, easygoing presence that makes everyone around him feel at ease. He’s the kind of dog who just gets it—happy to relax by your side but always ready for an adventure.   And speaking of adventures…Baron loves car rides. Whether it’s a quick errand or a weekend outing, he’s your perfect co-pilot. Be prepared though—this boy turns heads everywhere he goes. People can’t resist stopping to admire his gorgeous coat and give him a well-deserved scratch behind those fluffy ears.   A fenced yard would be a dream for Baron, giving him space to stretch out, soak up the sunshine, and enjoy the simple things he loves.   If you’ve been searching for that once-in-a-lifetime dog—the one who is equal parts beauty, heart, and soul—Golden Baron just might be your guy.   To give this incredible boy the loving home he deserves, please contact Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrnewengland@gmail.com   PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.comApril 8, 2026, 6:01 pm
