You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Cloudia is a three year old great pyrenees. She does great with other dogs. She is a big girl at 100 pounds. Cloudia loves to lie outside keeping watch while the younger dogs play. She loves going on walks and hikes and is friendly with everyone she meets along the way. Cloudia is quiet in her kennel and patiently waits for her turn to go out. If you are looking for a calm dog, Cloud is your girl but don't let her fool you she can keep up with the youngsters when the feeling strikes her. Each applicant is considered based on many things including but not limited to breed experience, yard ( visible fence preferred) and other animals in home. We try to avoid dogs with same sex households as pyrs typically do not do well with the same sex. A volunteer will be in touch to discuss your application and the dog to determine if it is a good match. Your vet and two references will be called.  A virtual home visit done. Once approved a meet and greet at the farm will take place.  If all are in agreement and the animal has received its NH health certificate an adoption contract will be signed and adoption fee paid.  Adoption fees for dogs are $450. for adults over 12 months, $550 for puppies 12 months and younger.  Fees for seniors, special needs or harder to place dogs will be determined by our Board of Directors. All dogs will be altered when adoption is finalized. This may involve young puppies be given until a certain age to be altered. All animals are up to date on age appropriate core vaccines, negative for parasites, heart worm and lyme tested if 6 months or older, microchipped and have a current health certificate.  Proof of a basic obedience course completed is part of our adoption contract within six months. Our descriptions are based on shelter evaluations, input from foster homes and interactions with our volunteers but are in no way a guarantee of temperment. We show animals by appointment only. This is usually done meet outdoors so please dress accordingly. Justice and his sister are thought to be great pyrenees Australian shepherd mixes. Approximately 9 months, about 80 pounds. Raised on farm with cats, kids, dogs and horses initially he does like to chase small animals but absolutely adores kids. Justice has attended events and pack walks while in our care and behaves amazingly for an adolescent dog. He loves people and is quite social. Justice rides well in the car, loves walks, plays great with other dogs and is respectful of older dogs. He is going to make someone a wonderful companion. She is playful and does well with other dogs. She has the classic black/silver badger markings on her ears and rump. Maggie weighs about 100 pounds. She is a favorite with our volunteers. Nice girl!
