Story
Max is a playful dog that likes to be close to you and get a lot of pets. He really likes to meet new people and cats, But he doesn't really like meeting new dogs. It normally takes a week or two for him to warm up to another dog. He is 7 years old and his birthday is in June. The best way to communicate with him is with one word commands. I am looking for someone to have a home with a backyard or someone to be able take him on walks so he isn't stuck inside all day.

Story
This beautiful girl is Harper. She came to us as a stray. She was very nervous and scared at the shelter. She was able to go to a great foster home to help her decompress. This is what her foster mom had to say about her: Harper is the sweetest girl! She is calm and independent, with a playful side as well. She has a very gentle temperament and is good with kids! I haven't heard her growl once! Like her breed suggests, she would be a good guard dog. She loves to be outside guarding the house and does well inside for periods of time as well! She is not quite house trained but when let outside frequently, accidents have been avoided and with some more time, I'm sure it wouldn't be too hard to get her trained. Doesn't she like a great dog. If you are looking for a sweet dog please consider adopting Harper. Since she is a foster home, you will need to contact the adoption counselors to make arrangements to meet with her. Please consider adopting Harper into your home and hearts today! Primary Color: White Weight: 53 Age: 1yrs 1mths 0wks

Story
Jacoby is just barely over two years old and is a gentle giant which for being a Great Pyrenees mix is notorious for the breed. He was a stray brought in by the city of Iola that no one claimed and has been with us giving soft hugs and gentle kisses. He has a heart of gold but can be shy when meeting people at first. Once he warms up to you though you`ll never have a more loyal best friend then Jacoby, His admiration and loyalty for his people is wholesome, and it shows by his squinty, goofy little smirk when he grows fond of you. He loves kids of all ages, is great with every dog he`s met so far, and even does good with cats. Squeaky toys are a must and are the main thing that brings out his inner puppy, he loves shaking them, playing catch with them, and cuddling them. He is housebroken, walks well on a leash, listens well to commands and knows his name, and the silliest moments. He loves blankets so much that he often barrows his neighbors for that extra comfort. Fun fact he has a double dewclaw which if you`re familiar with the breed most do, and we think it`s just another thing that makes him unique!

Story
Fibonacci (pronounced Fib-oh-nah-chi) is a big, amazing boy who needed a big, amazing name to fit his personality. Fibonacci came to us as a transfer from a local pound. He is all puppy and still needs to learn boundaries. He gets excited and jumps up on people but with a little patience and gentle hand he would learn manners fast. He does well with kids but because of his size and excitable side we suggest to watch him around kids under 5. He really is a good boy looking for his forever family.
