Story
Jayhawk German Shepherd / Great Pyrenees / Labrador mix (best guess) DOB 12/30/2025 Jayhawk is a confident, spunky puppy with a great balance of playfulness and downtime. He loves to explore, play with his brother, and then settle in for a good nap when he’s ready to recharge. Jayhawk shows more of the Great Pyrenees livestock guardian side of his mix and takes his role as a watchdog seriously. He’s quick to alert you to anything new—moving leaves, branches, or visitors—and likes to keep an eye on what’s happening around the house. He is smart and already picking up on basic commands like sit, off, and paw. Jayhawk is still adjusting to crate time on his own and may protest briefly, but he settles quickly and will happily head to his crate after coming inside. Jayhawk enjoys spending time indoors, especially in cold or wet weather, and prefers watching the outdoors from a cozy window spot. He’s expected to be on the larger side as he grows and already has big paws to prove it. He is currently in foster with large dogs, has done well with children, and his experience with cats is unknown. Jayhawk is looking for a home ready to continue his training and help him grow into a confident, well-mannered adult.

Story
Baylee Great Pyrenees / Labrador Retriever mix (best guess) 2 months old Baylee is a friendly, curious puppy who came to us from a litter of 10 well-adjusted pups. She has a great puppy temperament—social, confident, and eager to explore the world around her. Like most puppies her age, Baylee is playful, wiggly, and learning something new every day. She enjoys people, checks out her surroundings with enthusiasm, and is already showing signs of being a smart pup who responds well to guidance and routine. Baylee will need a home ready for typical puppy responsibilities, including continued socialization, training, and potty training. Consistency, patience, and positive reinforcement will help her thrive as she grows. Based on her breed mix, Baylee is expected to grow into a medium-to-large adult dog. She’s looking for a committed adopter who’s excited to raise a puppy and help her grow into a well-mannered companion.

Story
Spot Great Pyrenees / German Shepherd / Labrador mix (best guess) DOB: 12/30/2025 Spot is a thoughtful, gentle puppy who enjoys life at a calmer pace. He’s a bit cautious at first but quickly shows his affectionate side—he loves to snuggle, curl up for naps, and be carried around. Playtime happens in short bursts, followed by plenty of relaxation. Nicknamed “Raccoon” thanks to his facial markings (not because he’s a trash panda), Spot enjoys laying in the sun and spending time with his brother. He does very well in his crate and will patiently wait to be released, even when the door is open. Spot is not a mouthy puppy and would do well with smaller children. He gets along well with large dogs and, with proper introductions and training, may do fine with cats. Based on his mix, he’s expected to grow into a medium-to-large adult dog. Spot would be a great addition to a variety of homes and is ready to continue growing with a family who will guide him as he matures.

Story
Lenny Age: ~2 months Breed: Great Pyrenees / Labrador Retriever / German Shepherd mix (best guess) Lenny is a sweet, soulful puppy with the softest eyes and a gentle, affectionate nature. He’s a true cuddle bug who loves curling up next to his people for naps, movie nights, and quiet moments together. If snuggling were a sport, Lenny would already be a champion. When he’s not soaking up affection, Lenny enjoys playing with his toys and exploring the world around him with puppy curiosity. He’s a nice mix of playful and calm, making him an easy puppy to enjoy and bond with. Lenny is doing great with potty training and is eager to continue learning as he grows. He’s attentive, food-motivated, and ready to soak up all the love, guidance, and routine his future family can provide. With continued positive training and structure, he’s set up to become a wonderful companion. Because he’s still young, Lenny will benefit from ongoing training, socialization, and patience as he navigates puppyhood. He would thrive in a home that has time for affection, consistency, and plenty of snuggle time. Lenny is ready to give his whole heart to his forever family. If you’re looking for a puppy who will happily melt into your arms and bring warmth and joy into your home, Lenny may be the perfect match for you.
