Microchipped: Yes! Our microchips will automatically register when an adoption is finalized - Currently taking medication for anxiety support - Recovering from a successful TPLO surgery - Heartworm positive and on activity restriction. Noogie is undergoing treatment at Ellis Clinic at no charge to their adopter. Heartworm is a treatable disease that most dogs make a full recovery from. You can learn more about heartworm treatment on our resource page - https://www.onetail.org/heartworm/ More about Noogie: Housebroken: Yes! Crate trained: No, Noogie has done best with being left to roam free rather than crated or confined to a room when home alone. He's now comfortable for up to 6 hours alone with a companion dog and the support of anxiety medication. He will do best with an adopter who is home more often than not. Leash walking: Doing well! Dog social: Yes, he lives with a resident dog in his foster home and has been doing well. He has seemed most comfortable with calm, respectful dog pals and has shown some mild resource guarding behaviors, for which management is needed. Cat social: Yes, he lives with cats in his foster home and has been doing great with them! Kid friendly: He has done well in brief interactions with kids on walks Noogie likes: - Spending time with his person! - Napping in the sun with his cat and dog pals - Going for car rides, and helping you run your errands Noogie is the definition of a gentle giant. He loves napping, cuddling, and being with his people. He would love a big fur family of cats and dogs. He will sometimes guard his treats, toys, beds, and people from other dogs. He should be fed separately, and management will be needed if in a home with another dog. He has struggled with anxiety when home alone, particularly when confined, and has done best with the help of medication and a dog pal to He's otherwise a calm, quiet, and all-around great and majestic boy! Noogie's adoption fee is $300, and he is ready to be your loyal BFF! Story
White Hot Harmony came to us from a kill shelter in Indiana. This is a nice, friendly girl who is good with people & other dogs. She is very sweet, happy but would benefit from some basic obedience and confidence building. Her approx. birth date is 11/11/22 and she currently weighs 68#. We are guessing at her breed make up, but she does have double dew claws. She has been vet. checked, spayed, micro chipped, is up to date on routine shots & wormings including rabies, and has been treated with flea & heart worm preventative per our protocol. She is heart worm & tick illness negative. This girl has a lazy tongue that always hangs out of her mouth. We had it examined while she was under for her spay and there is nothing wrong with it. Her adoption donation is $250 and needs to be cash, certified check, money order or a debit/credit card. There is a 3% processing fee when using a debit/credit card. We do not ship or transport. Please email for an application if you would like to provide this nice kid with her forever home. ##2093397##

Story
You don't need to clean your glasses, you're not seeing double - just the twin girls - Mary Kate and Ashley.  You may have to look twice to know who is who, though! The twins are approximately 8 weeks old and weigh about 8-10lbs.  These little ones are cute, playful and fun fluffballs that will look great with a red bow in their hair and all dressed up for the holidays! We recommend training for all our puppies!     **Breed or size (once fully grown) is a 'best guess' and is not guaranteed since they arrived into rescue without either parent. **Magnificent Mutts is an all foster home based rescue and meets are held by appointment with the entire family in attendance. Please ensure your current pets are up to date with vetting, have landlord/HOA approval and are prepared to take your new family member home at the adoption appointment.  Thank you for your interest!                             If you are interested in adoption, please complete the "Application to Adopt" which can be accessed from this link: (     www.magnificentmutts.org )  No phone calls please, emails only. Adoption donations range between $360-$400 (cash only), unless otherwise noted. Prices are subject to change, please contact for specific adoption donation. Please visit www.magnificentmutts.org for the online dog application. December 29, 2024, 3:37 pm
