Story
Great Pyrenees dogs (even those who are only 62% GP) don't get more beautiful than Zoey. She immediately captured the heart of our West Bradenton caretaker, who would be adopting her if she didn't already have a number of personal dogs. Zoey is about 3 years old. We weren't told much else about her when she was surrendered, but we've concluded that she's deaf. So she can be timid and fearful until she becomes familiar with her environment and the people and animals in it. If she isn't pressured, she eventually becomes more trusting. Our adoption process involves a foster period to make certain the family and the dog are a good "fit," and this will be critical for Zoey. Zoey gets along with our other dogs, and she lived with cats before we acquired her, but she's also content to be alone. We're looking for a patient adopter who can develop a close bond with Zoey, take special steps to communicate effectively with her, and keep her comfortable and safe for the rest of her life. If you're interested in Zoey, please contact us and we''ll get back to you within a day. Since our adoption process involves a foster period (as indicated above) and home visits, we're looking for a family in the Bradenton/Sarasota (Florida) area.

Story
Bonnie and Clyde are sweet. They have been outdoor dogs on a mini farm. Bonnie would try to be a lap dog if you let her, Clyde does more of his own thing but still aims to please. They're young still, just a year old, lots of energy. Great with our 2 year old and 3 year old daughters. They listen when our girls say "no" but may forget their names when they're romping around with freedom. They're good with the large farm animals but need work around chickens. They are protectors and their bark will run off animal predators and unfamiliar people. No dietary restrictions. We would prefer to send Bonnie and Clyde together, they have a strong bond and don't like to separate.

Story
Linus is a fun, loving, goofy, bouncy Great Pyrenees that is over 100 lb of FUN FUN FUN! Breed experience is required to ensure the best home for Linus, someone that understands this breed's behavior, diet, and characteristics (and appreciates his big size). He's a fantastic dog that is ready for his forever home as a PET - not a farm/work dog.Due to his size, we reccomend no small childrenHe would do best as a solo dog, but could live with another dog with a slow introduction.Once again - BREED EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
