Story
Hey there, future best friend! My name is Nacho, but don’t let the cheesy name fool you—I take my job as a loyal, loveable, and slightly dramatic guardian very seriously. Now, I’ll be honest—I’m a bit of a nervous guy at first. Strangers are kinda weird, and I like to take my time making sure they’re cool before I let them into my exclusive circle of trusted humans. Small, unpredictable kids? Not really my vibe. But if you’re patient and willing to earn my trust, I promise to be the most loving, cuddly, and devoted dog you’ve ever met. Some quick Nacho facts: House-trained & crate-trained, Calm when left alone, Great with other animals, Loves cuddles – I’m basically a weighted blanket with fur, Enjoys the outdoors – Walks, backyard zoomies, sunbathing—I’m in, Obsessed with treats & noisy toys, Greets you like you’ve been gone for years – Even if you just went to check the mail.If you’re looking for a fluffy best friend who will love you fiercely, alert you to every possible thing outside, and snuggle like a pro, then I might just be your perfect match. Come meet me and let’s see if we’re nacho average perfect pair! Requirements: Martingale collar; Kids 12+ (anxious)All of our dogs and cats are spayed/neutered, up to date with age appropriate vaccinations, heart worm or feleuk/FIV tested, fecal tested, rabies and tag, and microchipped before being placed in your home. Story
*Located at our South Georgia Location, Transportation to other states is not available. You must provide your own transportation.*  Hi there…my name is Thunder and I’m a Great Pyrenees mix. My daily activity include adventures at my foster home digging in the dirt, playing with my toys and chewing my bones which is my favorite. I also love to show off my Great Pyr Alert System and protect my yard.  I am crate trained.    I was rescued out of a hot truck by some nice ladies who got me all taken care of!  I’ve been spayed, microchipped, and I’m all up to date on my vaccines.     I'm a big, girl and I love playing with other dogs but I can not be around other dogs or small children when food or my water bowl  is around as they say I resource guard. I am currently being fostered in Sylvester, Georgia eagerly awaiting my forever home with a big fenced in yard. Her DNA test is shown in her photos.    An application to adopt is required.  This breed is NOT for a first time dog owner or anyone living in an apartment/townhouse or condo.  You must have a private yard. The adoption fee is $450 and the age requirement to adopt is  25 years old and over.    All dogs are spayed or neutered, chipped and up to date on  heartworm and flea preventative and all age appropriate vaccines.  ##1899268##

Story
Gryffin is 2 years old going on 3. We purchased him when he was just a puppy from a friend. He’s a full blooded Great Pyrenees. He has been great with us but his behavioral issues have been getting worse as he gets older. He doesn’t like strangers and it usually takes about 2 visits of meeting somebody before he wouldn’t be scared or aggressive towards someone. We put him through an aggressive dog training class and that helped a lot but me and my wife don’t have as much time to spend with him as we used to. He really needs a huge yard to run free. He’s a big dog and he’s pinned up in our house too much. He needs someone that has time available to spend with him and work on his behavioral issues.

Story
Hi Folks, I'm Benny, a majestic and regal two-year-old Great Pyrenees. I was rescued from the desolate Texas border by Big Dog Ranch, and have a heartwarming and charming personality despite the adversity I have faced. Cloaked in a striking white coat, I embody the noble traits of my breed. Renowned for my loyalty and gentle nature, I form deep bonds with my people and family and have become a beloved figure at the Ranch. My outdoor adventures, especially during long walks, showcase my love for nature, while my friendly disposition endears me to everyone I encounter. I am fine with most other dogs, but we always need a proper introduction when meeting a new dog. Whether standing guard over my homestead or basking in the warmth of the fireplace on a chilly day, I'm not just a dog but a cherished companion whose regality and affectionate spirit leave an indelible mark on those fortunate enough to know me. I hope to meet my forever family soon. Maybe it will be yours.
