Story
Walker's birthday is 2/14/2024. So he's almost a year old. His dad was a Great Pyrenees and his mom an English Bulldog. He is a very loveable dog, good with other dogs(he just wants to play but other dogs seem intimidated by his size), and good with kids(maybe older ones, he likes to throw his weight around sometimes). Walker does have separation anxiety from his people though. He would do well with someone who maybe works from home or is able to be home often. He definitely enjoys being around his people and likes to be close by.

Story
Cody | 2 Years | 75 lbs Hello there, my name is Cody! I was hand selected by K9s For Warriors in January of 2024 after I passed my initial test with flying colors! I am unable to become a service dog due to getting a bit too bored on the job and being easily distracted. When I found out I didn’t have to work for a living and could just be a family companion, I said sign me up! My favorite things in life include belly rubs, testing out new toys and exploring new places! I have made dog friends during my stay at K9s and tend to do best with tolerable but confident dog friends. My ideal home would offer lots of activity as I can be a bit of a busy body when I am feeling bored. I have been working on my crate training, know most of my basics and would love to continue learning with you! If you are considering adopting Cody, we highly encourage you to reach out to set up a formal meet and greet. We look forward to hearing from you and hope we can help find your new furever friend!

Story
Donnie was born 9/1/2018 he is a large breed beautiful boy he is so affectionate and loves to snuggle he is such a mamas boy that being said he is a protector and has become overly protective over us. He does bark when activity is going on outside which is great if you need a dog to alert you, but he isn’t allowing stranger into the house easily and unfortunately has become a bit of a risk with me having kids and kids coming and going all the time. He would do well with a yard, a couple with older or no kids(easy to knock down kids with sheer size plus doesn’t like being jumped or crawled on) someone who is use to a large protective breed dog, and is looking for a large support protective companion. This literally breaks my heart to do this you have no idea he is my baby boy, but my kids need to come first. He has a heart of gold that I will treasure forever and would love to find someone who will treasure this amazing dog as much as I do.
