Mr. Mark has been with us for five years and has been a working dog for three years now on a working Hobby farm. He's great with livestock, but sometimes enjoys fowl just a but too much. He's full of love and enjoys spending time cuddling on the couch, lazing about with his people or friends in the garden, or barking at crows. He is absolutely amazing on leash and even enjoy bike rides! He was a rescue as a puppy and has some minor behavioral issues. Any high value treat needs to be quick to consume. That means no bones or chews. Also, please be familiar with the breed! He's a working breed and he lets you know it! He responds well to positive reinforcement and will quickly quite down. The best home would be another working farm ideally with minimal dogs, or the ability to slowly introduce him. My wife and I love Mark and have had him for 5 years. We moved out of our farm and are unable to keep him. We want him to go to a loving home!

Sunny days are here for our sweet girl Sunny! She had a rough start in life, but we were able to rescue her and things have been looking up ever since!!! Sunny is around 7-8 mos old and we think she is a purebred Pyr. She is super sweet but she also has her protective side. We think she would be a great guardian dog but she has not been tested. She is fostered with many other dogs and loves to play but can get protective around her humans. She is super food motivated for easy training. She loves to be outside and has indoor/outdoor access thru a doggy door. She is doing great on her potty training. I am re-homing this beautiful sweet and loving one year old Great Pyranees-mix. She would make a perfect family dog. She gets along with children of all ages, other dogs, and cats. She is a little shy at first but quickly warms up. There is no sign of aggression in her. She adapts to new environments easily as long as she feels accepted. She is very smart. She has no health issues. She had great interactions with all my family members. She is crate trained and house broken. She is spayed, vaccinated, and current with Flea meds. She weighs 53 pounds. She is updated on vaccinations. She is being offered for free as per this groups rules. I just want more than anything for her to go to a good loving home. Leo is a gorgeous 6YO Great Pyrenees mix who was rescued from death row at the Contra Costa County Animal Shelter. He is a medium-energy, joyful, affectionate, and dog-friendly dog. He is potty and crate-trained, knows basic obedience (he loves to sit for treats!) and walks well on a leash (he is working on pulling) and is very eager to please. The perfect home for Leo would be a loving, conscientious owner or family with older kids. We do not recommend children under 12 in the home, as Leo is a big dog who can jump or pull on a leash when excited and is prone to resource-guarding his food. Leo would thrive in a home where he can go on a daily walk (or two) and get the love he deserves. Leo loves to go for car rides and likes to lounge around the house and be part of the pack. He is a flexible dog with a chill personality - he would do well in a busy urban OR rural setting. He can hike and walk a lot, or a little - he will mesh into your lifestyle.
