Story
Meet Cheyenne! This 1.5-year-old Great Pyrenees is an absolute beauty with a stunning long-haired blonde coat and a heart full of love. After waiting far too long at a Central Valley shelter with no one to claim her, she finally found a foster home in the Bay Area—and she’s proving to be an incredible girl! At 67 pounds fully grown, Cheyenne is smart, loyal, and eager to please. She gets along well with both dogs and cats, though she’s not suited for a home with chickens. She enjoys the company of other dogs—both big and small—and would love a playful canine companion. While she has a gentle and calm demeanor, she still enjoys a good romp with the right playmate! Cheyenne is doing well with house and crate training and would thrive in an active home with owners familiar with the breed or those dedicated to her continued training and socialization. She’ll need regular brushing to maintain her gorgeous coat, and she would absolutely love to be someone’s hiking buddy or adventure companion—whether exploring trails or embracing an active city lifestyle. Cheyenne is already spayed and ready for her forever home. If you’re looking for a loyal, loving, and adventurous best friend, she might just be the perfect match! Apply to adopt her today! To begin the adoption process, please submit an application using the link below. Our team will carefully review it to determine if you are a suitable match for the dog you are interested in. If deemed a good fit, the foster parent will reach out to schedule a meet-and-greet or seek additional information. In the event your application isn't accepted or might be a better fit for another dog, we will provide feedback and suggest alternative matches. Your application remains active for 90 days, allowing consideration for other dogs in our care. Simply email us if there is another dog you would like your application to be applied to. [Apply Now](http://form.jotform.com/underdogca/dog-adoption-application) For application forwarding requests or any specific inquiries, you can contact us at adopt@underdogca.com. Story
Sunny days are here for our sweet girl Sunny! She had a rough start in life, but we were able to rescue her and things have been looking up ever since!!! Sunny is around 9-12 mos old and we think she is a purebred Pyr. She is super sweet but she also has her protective side. We think she would be a great guardian dog but she has not been tested. She is fostered with many other dogs and loves to play but can get protective around her humans. She is super food motivated for easy training. She loves to be outside and has indoor/outdoor access thru a doggy door. She is doing great on her potty training. If you are interested in meeting Sunny please fill out an application https://www.ozziespoundpuppies.org/applications/adoption-application/ Adoption fee is $300 and includes spay, vaccines, microchip and Nexgard.

Story
Leo is a gorgeous 6YO Great Pyrenees mix who was rescued from death row at the Contra Costa County Animal Shelter. He is a medium-energy, joyful, affectionate, and dog-friendly dog. He is potty and crate-trained, knows basic obedience (he loves to sit for treats!) and walks well on a leash (he is working on pulling) and is very eager to please. The perfect home for Leo would be a loving, conscientious owner or family with older kids. We do not recommend children under 12 in the home, as Leo is a big dog who can jump or pull on a leash when excited and is prone to resource-guarding his food. Leo would thrive in a home where he can go on a daily walk (or two) and get the love he deserves. Leo loves to go for car rides and likes to lounge around the house and be part of the pack. He is a flexible dog with a chill personality - he would do well in a busy urban OR rural setting. He can hike and walk a lot, or a little - he will mesh into your lifestyle. We've walked him in the hills around cows and turkeys and also on very busy urban streets and he just ambles along - happy to be out with you. If interested in meeting wonderful Leo, please complete an application at www.jellysplace.org. Leo is neutered, microchipped and UTD on vaccines. Leo is available for foster or adoption and qualified applicants will be contacted. Leo's adoption fee is 50% sponsored by a Jelly's Place volunteer.

Suki is a gorgeous 4 yo Great Pyranese who was abandoned in an orchard and rescued from a high kill Shelter in Kern County. Suki exemplifies all of the qualities of her breed. She is a true guardian who will protect her family and property with all of her being. She bonds closely with the people she loves and her love and loyalty know no bounds. She is smart, eager to please, affectionate, playful, dog friendly, great on leash....we could go on and on. Suki would do best on a farm or ranch with livestock and property to protect. Suki is spayed, UTD on vaccines and microchipped.
