Story
Meet Nala Pacifica Nala Pacifica is the kind of puppy who turns heads the second you see her — fluffy, stunning, and full of quiet charm. This beautiful Great Pyrenees / German Shepherd mix is not your average pup. She has that soft, gentle sweetness you can’t help but fall for, paired with the kind of thoughtful, observant nature that makes you feel like she’s taking in the whole world around her. With her Great Pyrenees roots, Nala Pacifica is likely to grow into a loyal, intelligent, and deeply devoted companion. Great Pyrenees are known for being gentle, loving, and naturally protective of their people, and Nala already gives off that calm, soulful energy that makes the breed so special. Mixed with the smarts and versatility of a German Shepherd, she has all the makings of an incredible family dog. She’s playful, affectionate, and loves being near her people, but she also carries herself with a sweetness and presence that feels a little extra special. Nala Pacifica is the kind of puppy who will happily enjoy playtime and adventure, then settle in close like she’s been part of your family forever. She would thrive in a home ready to raise a smart, loyal, larger-breed pup who will need not just love, but guidance, structure, and continued socialization as she grows. In return, you’ll get a truly special best friend with beauty and brains.   If you’re looking for a puppy who is equal parts stunning, sweet, and unforgettable, Nala Pacifica might be your girl. ##2701231##

Story
Raya is a beautiful female Great Pyrenees who was found running loose in Richmond, CA. Raya was very scared and timid when she first came to Jelly's and wouldn't leave her kennel or take treats from staff or volunteers. She has made a lot of progress and now happily comes out of her kennel and enjoys going to the yard where she plays with stuffed animals and munches on treats. Raya is a true example of her breed. She lets you know if a stranger walks nearby and is a great protector. Raya also has a lot of personality. She has her own ideas about what she wants to do and how she wants to do it! Getting to know her is a great pleasure in unlocking the mystery of what makes her tick! Inside Raya is a very affectionate, loving, and spunky gal. Raya is NOT for a first time dog owner. She needs extra time meeting new people or being in new environments, so would do best in a quiet, all-adult, peaceful, predictable home with no other animals. Raya will be spayed, UTD on vaccines and microchipped as part of the adoption process. If you would like to meet Raya, apply at jellysplace.org/forms

Story
Meet Prairie! This adorable Great Pyrenees (with a bit of Golden Retriever in her) is a gentle soul and affectionate cuddler who is truly coming into her own after decompressing in a loving foster home. She’s quickly acclimated to being a super sweet, loving and gentle companion and is now ready for her loving forever home. Her foster mom has given us a list of all her highlights, which include: - Prairie is an easy girl, she's fully house-trained, she loves to be around you yet is just as happy doing her own thing - whether out in the yard or just sleeping nearby. - She is fantastic with dogs of all sizes. She especially loves the dog park, where she picks out certain dogs to run and play with. She does not play aggressively; rather, she just loves to either chase or be chased. - Prairie is an athletic, outdoorsy girl who would thrive in an active family. She loves walks and hikes, but she’s just as happy to go around the block a few times and/or just play gently with her people in the back yard. 95% of the time, she’s a star on a leash (harness is better for long walks). Bonus: - Bonus: No BARK! Despite being a GP, Prairie doesn’t have the typical guard dog temperament and rarely makes a peep, except to quietly whine a bit if she wants to go out. Prairie is still a bit shy with new adults and kids, but once she knows you're safe, she's all in for pets and love! Because of this, we feel a home with calm, older kids, or no kids, will be better for her to settle in. Prairie thrives with calm guidance, lots of cuddles and kind reassurance. Once she feels safe, she is affection-motivated and enjoys quiet companionship, walks, play, and gentle love. She will need a patient, compassionate forever home who understands that trust takes time. As a Great Pyrenees, she would do best in a home with a large yard where she can stretch her legs, explore, and enjoy peaceful outdoor time. Apply today to meet this sweet lady, she's ready to settle into a loving home, could it be yours?

Story
Two beautiful medium, really kind of on the smaller side for great Pyrenees gals, a mother and daughter we would love to place them together. Their combined fee would be $600. They are spayed, heartworm, tested vaccinated, microchips, and all that good stuff! These are classic Pyrenees gals, going to be somewhat protective of their Outdoor space. There are more used to living outdoors predominantly they love people they love attention they can be shy at first, maybe or very little they used to be, but they love attention. They put their paws up to get you to pet them their easy-going on the mellow side Truly sweetheart. Helen and Madeline will bark some you know at passers by offense, but they are not as driven or as loud as many Pyrenees can be. These girls love comfy beds under a protected area. They love hanging out with people would follow around in a yard or garden, definitely needing a decent sized outdoor space but they don’t need Acres. These are family, friendly, lounging, mellow gals, looking for love and a safe place to be, and they would like that to be together. $600 fee to be adopted together.
