PLEASE NOTE: This dog is courtesy posted for another individual or Rescue. Different policies and fees may apply. Meet Rosie, Rosie is a stunning 3.5-4-year-old white lab mix with a heartwarming story. Rescued from a vacant home with her four sisters, Rosie has shown incredible resilience and sweetness despite her rough start. This shy and timid girl may take a little time to warm up, but once she does, she reveals her friendly and mellow nature. Rosie is fully potty trained and uses the doggie door with ease. She loves being with her sisters and truly thrives in the company of other dogs. It's essential for Rosie to have another dog in the family; she gets sad without a canine companion. Two of her sisters have already found their forever homes, and now it's Rosie's turn. Her compatibility with cats and small dogs is unknown, so a careful introduction would be necessary. Rosie would do best in a home with older kids who can understand her need for patience and gentle interaction. She is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on all her vaccines, ready for her forever home. If you're interested in meeting Rosie and her fur sisters, please fill out the application below. She’s eager to find a loving family where she can feel safe, happy, and loved. Hi everyone, my name is Hermes!I`m just a baby and will need a family willing to put the time, patience, love and training it takes to have a puppy. I know I`ll be hard work with my puppy-like behaviors (chewing, potty training, crate training, etc.) but I`m worth it! So, if you have the time and want to be my special someone, our bond would be a huge hit!No appointment necessary!Meet me at AAWL`s Main Shelter!25 N. 40th StPhoenix AZ 85034602-273-6852Adoption Hours:Monday - ClosedTuesday - Friday & Sunday - 11:30am - 6:00pmSaturday - 10:30am - 6:00pm.AAWL requires that all adopted dogs leave with a leash and collar and all cats leave in a carrier.

Story
Whiskey is a mixed breed - 49% Great Pyrenees, Labrador Retriever, German Shepherd and Boxer. He is 65 pounds and about 2.5 years old. He came from the Pima Animal Care Center and is microchipped. He loves to follow you around and will be your shadow. He only gets durable toys as he loves to chew. His favorites are the Kongs, balls and large sticks/small firewood. He loves to retrieve and play hide and seek with treats or dog food. He loves to play with other dogs at Doggie Day Care and Dog Parks, I do not know how he would react to cats or other animals. He likes to play in water - kiddie pools, the shallow area in swimming pools, or puddles. Whiskey is very intelligent and can open doors with lever handles. He understands training commands like Whiskey sit and down, stay, off, leave it, come here, outside, go for ride, walks and let's go. He slows down when he is on the leash and can heel. He is house trained and rings bells hanging on the door handle to go outside.
