Story
Rai (or RaiRai or Raider) was born August of 2020. Being there for her birth, I fell in love with her immediately. She’s an absolute, sweetheart however she does not recognize how big she is. Her favorite toys are oversized, tennis balls that she treats like they are her babies. She is still very active and loves to play. I don’t feel like she understand kids or how to play with them safely. I would prefer someone who has experience with large breed dogs as it is very different. I will include all of her stuff including an oversized dog door if you want it. I have vet records and she is up to date on shots. No health issues. I am unsure of her weight but it is over 150. She can peek over our 6 foot fence when she wants. She has dog beds and uses them but loves being on the couch or on the bed when allowed. Stands in tub for her baths without any issues. Loves running through the sprinkler in the summer.

Meet Chacha💖, A Dancing Queen 🐶 If there is a dancing competition for Dogs, our Chacha will be a definite winner! Here comes Chacha, an excellent dancer, as her name implies. She loves to do several consecutive quick steps when she dances with you. Chacha is a happy dog busy spreading joy wherever she goes. Chacha always stick out her face and front left paw at the bottom of her crate and watches activities outside. This is her signature pose! If you are fun loving and looking for a dance partner in life, look no further. Chacha craves companionship and will be a cuddle bug who just needs a family to cuddle with! Can you be the one?

Story
Meet Maggie, A Wonder Woman Wearing a Catwoman Mask 🐶 Once a volunteer accidently dropped her leash and let her run away. Within minutes, Maggie returned on her own and gave the volunteer a big hug. She even brought a stick as a peace offering. It is amazing to see Maggie still has complete faith in humanity despite of surviving from Mass Dog Slaughterhouse. Maggie will love you whether you live in a little trailer or a big house. No matter what kind of mood you are in, Maggie can always make you smile. Can you be a special someone to give Maggie a home?

Story
Meet Rocky❤️ He was rescued from a dog meat farm in South Korea. At first, he was shown to be active and energetic. However, when we constantly observe him, he always seems to be a little anxiety. Maybe he easily gets scared because of the harsh past. He seems to lack social skills, but he is not aggressive towards people or other animals and also likes to touch people So if he gets enough love, he will become an affection boy! 1. With People: - strangers: He is a little wary of strangers, but he is not aggressive at all. When he calms down after a while, he leans to the person. - familiar people: He shows playful actions and facial expressions, but he approaches people slightly and smells or passes by. 2. With Dogs - Rocky is less social, so he gets nervous when he meets a strange dog. He doesn't get aggressive or excited. He just tries to stay still or avoid. He plays around with his best friend Bloo. But when he gets excited, he actively expresses his affection. 3. With Cats - He stays still without aggression or excitement. In general, he seems to have a lot of anxiety in the new environment. * Outdoor potty only. * He's so strong that he often pulls the leash hard on walks. So he keeps being on training. * No carsickness * He likes to eat, but he is not very gluttonous. He also eats food calmly on the hand of people.

Story
Welcome Reesaw to CCPAL Rescue. She is an 18-month-old Great Dane mix dog. She weighs in at 102 pounds. She is good with other dogs and came in with an older Great Dane named Planter. Reesaw does pull on leash but we will be working with that. She is moderately active and would be fine with a moderately active family. She is a good balance between active and couch potato. She is good with people and will bond deeply with her person. Great Danes are typically a little shy and they warm up and bond deeply to their family. She does fit this characteristic. She would be fine with children. We like them to be 8 or older. Someone who has owned an XL dog or a Great Dane would be preferable. She is currently in Texas and can be adopted locally or we can work with one of the wonderful transporters to get her to Washington, Portland, Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. Her adoption fee is 400 and transport is 180. Rhode Island and Massachusetts are not states we adopt to because of the regulations imposed by these states Contact Marlene at 210-867-1769 or email to ccpalinquiries@gmail.com if you have questions. Story
Welcome Jinx to CCPAL Rescue. Jinx is a 2 year old Great Dan mix. He is tall and lanky like the great Dane and has the shy quality. He is a good weight and he is good with other dogs. He has lived with a large female and male in his home. He does know sit and is good on leash. We assume he is potty trained as he had an older man owner. His owner is in hospice care and is not doing well. A good Samaritan stepped up and helped them. She asked CCPAL to take them in and help them find a new forever home. He settles down nice and likes to lean in to his person. He would be fine with children. We like them to be 8 or older. We would love someone familiar with the Dane personality or someone who has had a large breed dog before. He would be a great man dog. He takes direction well and bonds deeply very quickly. He naturally likes men as he lived his life with one. He would be content being the only dog or being with another dog. He is not the dominant one of the 3 pack. He is currently in Texas and can be adopted locally or we can work with one of the wonderful transporters to get him to Washington, Portland, Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. His adoption fee is 400 and transport is 200.
