Story
Noodle is a 2 year old purebred Great Dane who is sweet as she is stubborn. She needs a larger indoor and outdoor space than what we can provide for her. We inherited her during an abusive divorce situation and have come to realize she needs and deserves more attention than what we can provide. She is good with cats, kids, and other dogs. Based on trial and error, she does seem to be allergic to chicken and fish (skin rashes). She understands basic commands but chooses not to follow them most of the time. ;) She is a bit slow to warm up to unfamiliar men who enter our home, but quickly warms up once she realizes everyone is safe. When out in public, she is typcially friendly and thinks everyone is her friend. She is more timid in dog parks. We love her so much that we want her to have the life she deserves—one where her owner can spend lots of time with her indoors and get spoiled rotten!

Story
Breaker is up for adoption in TX, NE and PNW (excluding MA)! Breaker is a 10-month-old, 65-pound Great Dane/Boxer mix with a heart as big as his goofy grin. This splash-happy pup LOVES the water—whether he’s chasing toys into the pool, splashing through a creek, or just romping around the yard, Breaker is always up for adventure. With the playful energy of a Boxer and the gentle, loyal nature of a Dane, he’s the best of both worlds—equal parts fun and affection. Breaker is dog-friendly (with pups his size), loves people, and is happiest when he’s part of the action. He’s making great progress with crate training and is learning his puppy manners, especially when treats are involved. Breaker wasn't given much structure as a pup so, Breaker sometimes tries to play bite to get his way. Even after a board-and-train program, he will need a family committed to consistent, positive reinforcement training to help him reach his full potential. Breaker would thrive in an active home with space to play and maybe even a doggy sibling to share his adventures with. If you’re looking for a loyal, silly, water-loving companion who will keep you laughing and fill your days with joy, Breaker is your guy! To see more pictures and videos, copy and paste this link. Story
Meet Boone – A Gentle Soul Ready for a Fresh Start Boone is a striking Great Dane and Black Mouth Cur mix at 65 pounds with soulful eyes and a quiet, thoughtful demeanor. Rescued after being abandoned on the roadside, Boone's past suggests he was used as a hunting dog and likely spent much of his life confined to a kennel. This history has left him shy and cautious at first, but with time, patience, and kindness, Boone reveals his deeply affectionate side. Once he begins to trust, Boone becomes a devoted companion who craves gentle affection and enjoys peaceful moments with his person. He thrives in a calm environment and takes comfort in the presence of other dogs—he gets along wonderfully with canine companions and would benefit from a home with another friendly dog to help boost his confidence. Currently being fostered in Seguin, TX, Boone is looking for a foster or forever home in Central Texas only. He needs a loving, understanding family who can help him continue to blossom at his own pace. His ideal adopter would be someone familiar with hounds or someone who appreciates the gentle, loyal nature of these incredible breeds. If you're a hound enthusiast or simply someone with a kind heart and a quiet home, Boone may be the perfect match for you. He’s not just looking for a home—he’s looking for someone who sees his potential and will offer the love and patience he’s never known before. Boone is ready to start again. Are you the one to help him heal? To see more pictures and videos, copy and paste this link. Story
Meet Dutch! 🐾 Dutch is a gentle giant — a 7-year-old Great Dane weighing about 120 pounds who came to us as a stray in semi-rough shape. Despite his condition, this big-hearted boy’s sweet and friendly nature shines through! Dutch has some crusty eyes and a few lumps and bumps, which our vet team will be checking out soon. He’ll also be neutered before heading to his forever home. Through it all, he’s been nothing but patient and kind — he even enjoyed his bath and seemed so happy to get clean! True to his breed, Dutch has that classic Great Dane personality — calm, affectionate, and people-oriented. He loves attention, leans in for pets, and just wants to be near his humans. He also appears to be 100% housebroken, which makes him an even bigger sweetheart. Dutch is now on the road to recovery and looking for a home that will give him the love and comfort he deserves. If you’re ready to open your heart and home to a gentle, loyal companion, Dutch is waiting to meet you. ❤️
