Story
Meet Misty! She's a smart lady who is smart as a whip! She's crate trained, mastered many commands (sit, down, off, mat, enough, go to your room, here, all done- more than most kids :). She loves to run, play fetch and be wherever you are! She's a year and a half old, and was lucky enough to have professional training donated to help her find her forever home. Whoever adopts her will receive at least one free hand off session from her trainer to help her transition go perfectly! Her ideal family would be somewhat active (she needs to run around a yard at least a few times per day). She gets along well with other dogs, but calmer dogs are best. Misty loves to play, but she can get very excited if the other dog is too energetic! She would do well with older children. Younger children and cats would require a lot of supervision. Her trainer thinks she would be a great agility dog, but she is smart enough to do anything you want to train her to do! She will require some active parenting to teach her the rules of your house, because she is so smart, she may try to make her own activities if nothing fun is provided! She's potty trained now (we had some overnight accidents until she started going in her crate at night). She's a great dog with a good head on her shoulders, and she wants to know if you are the one for her! $200 In State Adoption Fee (in Texas) $400 Out of State Fee (includes Transportation to your area) $50 Temporary fuel surcharge.

Story
Benny is a joyful, playful pup full of energy and always ready for his next adventure! He loves squeaky toys and will happily bounce around the yard or play a game of fetch to burn off some of that fun-loving energy. He’s great with kids and other dogs, making him a wonderful addition to a family. Benny is already house trained and crate trained—such a smart boy! He’s currently working on his basic commands and will need a family committed to continuing his training and helping him polish his manners. With his long legs like a Great Dane and a sleek Lab-like coat, Benny is as handsome as he is athletic. He would thrive in an active home where he can get plenty of exercise, playtime, and mental stimulation. After a day of fun, Benny is more than happy to hang out with his people and soak up all the love. If you’re looking for a happy, energetic, and affectionate companion, Benny just might be your perfect match! Local adoption fee is $200(in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $450 (includes transport to your area)

Story
Roo is a 2–3 year old Blue Merle Great Dane adult who weighs 85 pounds and was found abandoned by a well-known lake in Tennessee.  Someone rescued her from this terrible fate of no food or clean water and no place to be as she was wandering around the lake area very skinny and starved.  She was so grateful when someone took her home.  She then had different people foster her only for a few days at a time until this wonderful family saw her plight and need and said.....let us take her and foster her with a good rescue group.  Now this big girl named Roo has some stability in her life and has earned the nickname “Velcro dog.”  Of course this lost and abandoned girl who was deserted by a lake and then bounced a few times, wants to be right by your side and soak up every ounce of love and attention you’re willing to give her.  She will learn one day that noone is ever going to abandon her again.  This athletic girl has plenty of energy, loves to play with a happy spirit and and is an impressive olympic class jumper. She will thrive best in an active home.  Food definitely motivates her and this makes it super easy to train her and get her undivided attention. Roo is house-trained, crate-trained, cat-friendly, and absolutely loves to snuggle in the bed with her humans.    Roo bonds quickly and becomes very protective of her people so we will have tips on how to temper that zealous enthusiasm to claim you. She needs a family where she can be the queen of the castle and receive endless love and attention in return. If you’re looking for a loyal companion who will stick by you through everything, Roo is your girl!       Please write to Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrtennessee@gmail.com if you are interested.  She is currently fostered in Tennessee and can be adopted locally and also can transport to a loving family that is northeast of Tennessee.  We transport almost weekly on the weekends.       ADOPTION FEE REQUIRED.
