He is a great dog and we are in a situation that we can not keep him as we are having to stay with family until we find a place and he doesn’t do well with cats and they have cats so we have no choice but to rehome him. It is not his fault and he deserves a loving home with a place to play! I never thought I’d find myself in a situation like this and having to find my own dog a home but here we are and it sucks! Meet Misty! She's a smart lady who is smart as a whip! She's crate trained, mastered many commands (sit, down, off, mat, enough, go to your room, here, all done- more than most kids :). She loves to run, play fetch and be wherever you are! She's a year and a half old, and was lucky enough to have professional training donated to help her find her forever home. Whoever adopts her will receive at least one free hand off session from her trainer to help her transition go perfectly! Her ideal family would be somewhat active (she needs to run around a yard at least a few times per day). She gets along well with other dogs, but calmer dogs are best. Misty loves to play, but she can get very excited if the other dog is too energetic! She would do well with older children. Younger children and cats would require a lot of supervision. Her trainer thinks she would be a great agility dog, but she is smart enough to do anything you want to train her to do! She will require some active parenting to teach her the rules of your house, because she is so smart, she may try to make her own activities if nothing fun is provided! She's potty trained now (we had some overnight accidents until she started going in her crate at night). She's a great dog with a good head on her shoulders, and she wants to know if you are the one for her! $200 In State Adoption Fee (in Texas) $400 Out of State Fee (includes Transportation to your area) $50 Temporary fuel surcharge.

Olivia(tan) is 9 years old and Ava(black) is 8 years old. Unfortunately, their owner passed away at 62 during the Holidays. These dogs have been together since they were rescued as puppies and are considered a bonded pair. They both need minimal exercise but require a loving home for their remaining days. They are both gentle, easy going, kind and low key. Neither take prescribed medicines and are up to date on vaccinations. Both dogs are good with kids, cats, and adults. Ava is not a fan of small dogs. A fenced yard would be great but not a must. They are not runners and are used to being out on leashes/leads. Prior to rehoming, we would like to meet locally for a meet and greet to make sure it is a good fit for the adopter and the dogs. Prior to rehoming, we would make sure their vaccines were up to date. They would be rehomed with their “stuff” and a week’s worth of food and treats.
