Story
Athena is the sweetest, 100lb cuddle-bug you'll ever meet. It breaks our heart to need to re-home her, but she does not get along with other dogs. She is loving and loyal. She is a purebred blue dane who would be perfect in a home without other pets. She's a covid puppy, so she has some separation anxiety- when you're home she wants to be on top of you:) If you're sick and tired of wasting your money on weighted blankets, then Athena is the answer to all your problems! Fantastic guard dog (big bark) but a giant softie (never had any issues with a bite). We've had her since she was born from a breeder, and given her daily joint supplements so she is perfectly healthy. She turned 4 in april and is up to dates on all her shots. She needs a home full of love but without other pets- she's got so much love to give she doesn't want to share you:) Adoption fee will go to pet shelter rescue of your choosing

Story
Banks, the rescue formerly known as Bane, is an 80 pound baby. Sometimes (ok- always) he doesn’t realize his own size & strength. We suggest an alpha personality owner for this boy to help him understand the “dos and don’ts” in the dog & human world. He would do best as an only pet with someone who wants a dog that adores them (he falls in love easily). Apply to adopt Banks at apsofpc.org under the Adopt tab. His fee is only $50!October 3, 2024, 11:09 am

Story
Name / Breed  / Age: Rowan,  Great Dane, 3yo Personality Traits: Affectionate, Resilient, & Food-motivated Likes / Dislikes:  Loves snuggles, car rides, and mealtime. Dislikes crate, unfamiliar situations, and missing meals! Health and behavior history:  Up to date on vaccines, dewormed, spayed, & possible microchip. Heartworm positive and receiving treatment. **Rowan is/was Heartworm Positive and PIPs has started her Heartworm treatment. If this treatment course isn't finished by the time she is adopted the treatment will be paid for by PIPs at one of our approved vets.** Rowan is such a sweet girl.  She's the epitome of a velcro Dane -- she gets attached quickly and loves with her whole heart.  She's still a little nervous from her extreme change in living situations over the last few weeks, but she is adjusting quickly and well.  She does not care for a crate, so if you're looking for a dog who can be crated during the day, she probably isn't it.  She does do well out in the house and (so far) is not destructive at all -- as long as there is nothing edible out!  This girl LOOOVES her food and will sniff it out if it's available.  She came from a neglect situation, so she is a little bit nervous at first but she warms up quickly and enjoys nothing more than snuggles.  She does pretty well on a leash and amazingly well in a car.  Rowan loves a car ride!  You can see from her pictures that she's a little bit underweight, but we're working on helping her gain weight healthily.  She is also heartworm positive, but again, we're working on getting her healthy.  If you're looking for an amazing companion dog -- Rowan is your girl!  She is great with kids and all dogs.  She hasn't met a cat yet, but she does not appear to have a strong prey drive. ##2180226##

Story
**Hi there! I'm Stella!**I'm a 1-year-old Great Dane mix, and I'm about 60 pounds of pure love, fun, and goof! I'm already crate and house trained, so you won't have to worry about any messes-I've got that all figured out as long as we have a schedule! Not to brag, but I'm also a pretty smart cookie! I know how to walk nicely on a leash, and I've already mastered commands like "sit" and "give paw." I love showing off my skills, especially when there are treats involved! Learning new things is one of my favorite activities, and I'm always up for a challenge. I absolutely love playing with other dogs! I can be a bit of a rough-and-rowdy gal, so I think I'd do best with a confident buddy who can keep up with my energy. We could have so much fun together, chasing, wrestling, and just being goofy! After I'm tired from all the fun, I'm also really good at relaxing and snuggling up for some quiet time.I'm just looking for my forever family to share all my love, smarts, and cuddles with. Could that be you? I promise to be the best friend you've ever had! Please email my foster mom to learn more about me (Yes I know I'm not a little critter but I'm just as cute as one!) ! Her email is littlecritterfoster@gmail.com Hope to romp with you soon,Love Stella Primary Color: Tan Secondary Color: Merle Weight: 75 Age: 1yrs 1mths 3wks
