Story
Max is about 6-7 yrs old and is one big hunk of love. His favorite hobby is being a couch potato. He gets short bursts of energy and then is ready to take another nap. He loves to lay on your lap and give huge kisses that wet your entire face. He is potty trained and doing well with leash walking. Great with every dog he meets. And up to date on all vaccinations.

Story
Meet Slater Slater came to UCC from a hoarding case in January. It's been a slow process but he's grown a great deal in these 3 months. Slater is around 1 year old and 65 lbs. He's learning but still struggling with leash walking so he'd prefer a home with a fenced in yard where he can sniff and enjoy the outside. He does know some basic commands, and he is working on his crate training and housebreaking skills. Slater is a shy but very special dog with a lot of love to give. He has not been cat tested at this time and would do best in a home with older respectful children that can understand and navigate his quirks. He is dignified and quiet, but also knows how to have fun and enjoys a good play session with other rowdy and tolerant dogs. He is young and has so much love and energy to give. We hope you consider adopting Slater into your family. He is a wonderful dog and deserves the best. If you have the patience to bring this boy out of his shell to blossom Slater is for you! Story
Meet Russell Russell came to UCC from a hoarding case in January. It's been a slow process but he's grown a great deal in these 3 months. Russell is around 1 year old and 70 lbs. He's learning but still struggling with leash walking so he'd prefer to have a home with a fenced in yard where he can sniff and enjoy the outside. He is gentle, playful, incredibly smart and curious. While he may be a bit independent and aloof at first, he's actually a friendly and quiet dog who is just coming out of his shell. Russell is social with other dogs and has a rough and tumble play style so tolerant boisterous dog friends preferred. He's a loving, loyal, and gentle soul who will always be there when you need him. Russ knows some basic commands, is working on his crate training and house breaking skills. He can be hesitant at first but once he warms up he is very affectionate, looking for all the rubs and pets! Russ has not been cat tested at this time and would do best in a home with respectful children who can understand and navigate his quirks. Could he be the missing piece in your family? Come meet Russell today and see for yourself just how wonderful he is!
