Freyja is a 2-year-old, spayed, Great Dane. She’s an affectionate and gentle giant who will thrive with an owner who has large breed dog experience. Freyja is not a fan of baths or rain, so she’ll need a jacket in cold weather to stay cozy. She’s crate trained and responds to basic commands like “sit,” “stay,” “down,” and “leave it.” She’s also great in the car, loves hikes and swimming, and rings a bell when she needs to go outside - she`s one smart cookie!Freyja gets along well with kids, cats and other dogs, especially medium to large, playful dogs. Due to her size, she would do best in a home with older kids who can handle her large and exuberant nature. Freyja has a potential allergy toward chicken, so we feed her a sensitive stomach food for large breed dogs. She’s calm at the vet but guards her food and bones, so she will need to be fed meals away from other dogs.Don`t let her be the one that got away.
