Story
Meet Granola! Granola is a 5-month-old Great Dane mix (with a touch of Anatolian Shepherd) who’s got a big future ahead of him—and he’s looking for the right person to help him grow into it. This gentle giant-in-the-making is searching for a forever home filled with patience, understanding, and lots of love. Right now, Granola is a shy and submissive puppy who is still learning that the world can be a safe and happy place. He shows signs of limited early socialization, which means new experiences can feel overwhelming for him. But beneath that timid exterior is a sweet, sensitive pup who just needs time, guidance, and reassurance to come out of his shell. Because Granola is expected to grow into a very large dog, it’s especially important that his adopter is committed to training, structure, and confidence-building from the start. He may have missed some early developmental experiences, but with consistent positive reinforcement and gentle exposure to new people, places, and situations, he has every chance to become a well-rounded and confident adult. Granola will thrive with someone who understands that progress may be slow at first—but incredibly rewarding. Watching him gain confidence, trust, and joy in everyday life will be a journey worth taking. Granola may be a little unsure right now, but with the right home, he has the potential to grow into a confident, loyal, and loving companion. He’s just waiting for someone to believe in him. Could you be the one to help Granola grow into the amazing dog he’s meant to be?

Story
Meet Henry - a big ol' goofy lovebug who deserves his happily ever after! Henry has been living the best life in foster for the past few months, where he's totally thrived, with beach adventures, hikes, and plenty of snuggles. Here's what his wonderful foster pawrents have to say: "Henry is good with dogs big and small and has great manners, so will let dogs be if they are not interested in playing. He can be a rough player and loves to wrestle with other big dogs if the other dog encourages it. He would likely not be good around cats. He's great with children, I've seen him around kids as young as 2-3 years old and he's gentle with them. He seems to understand they are human puppies. Henry is what I would describe as a medium energy dog. He is a goofy boy and very affectionate. He is a big boy at about 95lbs. I have been bringing Henry to work with me in a small office and he settles and knows the routine. He can be a little barky when new people come into the space, but he knows my coworkers and is excited to greet them each day. He could also be left at home for the workday. He is fully potty trained, only chews on his toys and he would love it if he was allowed on the couch. He sleeps in our living room and through the night. He does not get into the trash and understands counters and tables are off limits to him. He walks great on leash, especially on routes he goes on regularly. He does have some interest in squirrels, so due to his size, we'd recommend a strong handler. He's great in the car and loves to have his head out the window whenever possible. Henry also LOVES the beach!" If you're interested in offering this darling boy a forever home, apply today to meet him! Henry's adoption fee has kindly been sponsored by a generous donor.
