Story
Ollie was born 1/5/2024 from our girl who breeds. He is very sweet, wants to play and loves to learn. Our family needs have changed and he needs more focused time than we are able to give him. Hoping a family who is ready for his energy will love him and care for him. We have a kennel, dishes and leash that we would be happy to let go with him to his new home.

Story
Ollie is a 82 pound, 2 year old neutered male creme curly doodle who was rescued by the surrendering owner. He is incredibly smart and eager to please. He can be shy of new people, especially men with beards, but warms up quickly and then he just wants to be with his people. Ollie was surrendered because having been crated for the 1st year of his life, he had a bit of separation anxiety. The surrendering owner started taking him to the farm daily, but he had a high prey drive for the chickens and cats. He also enjoyed chasing the calves for the fun of it. He does super well if needing to be left in the kennel at home. You would have no clue that separation anxiety was an issue at his previous home. He has been in foster care for a few weeks and the foster is starting to look for a forever home for him. Here is what she had to say about him: 🐾Very cuddly 82 lbs boy 🐾Knows his name, sit, and lay down 🐾House Trained 🐾Sleeps peacefully through the night and loves to sleep in 🐾Ok with female dogs 🐾Children 10+ 🐾No cats or small animals due to prey drive 🐾Good loose leash walker but may pull for the first minute or when he finds a smell. Redirected very easily. 🐾Physical fence required as his old life as a farm dog led to him chasing farm animals🐓🐄 🐾Does well in the kennel 🐾Barks at animals and Amazon delivery drivers If you are interested in Ollie please fill out an online application. https://grroiowa.org/adoption-information/

Story
Harper was born January 10th, 2024. She is an F1 Golden doodle, blonde. She has been kept up to date on all shots needed. I had got Harper from a friend who got her at just 4 months old and was not able to keep her and since then she has been a great pup around all kids and other dogs. She is very timid since being moved from house to house but does has done great in large crowds talking on a leash, she does get scarred and just tries to hide if someone approaches her quickly. When taking her out with other dogs around barking she does not bark back or get phased at all. She is far from being an aggressive dog at all. She is truly the sweetest pup anyone could have the pleasure of meeting. When it comes to her being groomed I just do it at home with the trimmers. She has not ever been taken to a professional groomer.
