Story
1-2 year old Ice Man was rescued by another rescuer whose facility caught fire, killing 13 dogs, and injuring many more, including Icy. Icy was injured when a burning tarp that covered his area fell across his back. That he survived is nothing short of a miracle - but survive he did, and his wounds are finally healed enough for him to go onto his forever home. Icy is a puppy - and has the usual puppy energy. He is housebroken, and gets along great with the 2 dogs he currently lives with. He is neutered, current on core vaccines, and on heartworm and flea preventative. Icy is a wonderful dog who would do well with an active, patient, and loving adopter. If you would like to offer Icy his forever home, please submit an application which you can find on our website (www.almostheaven-golden-retriever-rescue.org Please note that Icy is in a foster home in Lewisburg, WV

Story
Are you looking for that special dog with a big personality? Look no further - - - Lake/Dufus may be just what you're looking for! 2 year old Lake/Dufus was found injured, having been hit by a car. His hip has been surgically repaired - and he' as good as new with just a slight limp (which doesn;t slow him down one bit)! He is fully vetted, housebroken (but is still VERY puppy so a crate or safe space is highly recommended when he is left alone), vaccinated, and ready to go on an adventure with his new forever people! This dog is a happy puppy that will need some training. If you would like to offer Lake/Dufus a forever home, please submit an application which you can find on our website: www.almostheaven-goldens-retriever-rescue.org
