Likeable Levi – this happy guy is always smiling, happy to greet you when you enter the door, and will lavish you with kisses.  Levi is a 4 year old Goldendoodle boy, he is 52 lbs, neutered, UTD on all vaccinations, HW negative, and microchipped.   Levi loves to gallop in his foster mom’s backyard and he enjoys playing fetch.  Oh, this boy is super smart and  housetrained, he is great in the house.  Levi is an excellent car rider – it’s natural for him to just jump in the back seat and is ready for the next adventure.  He loves to look out the back window or just lays down. Levi is your velcro dog – such a faithful friend.   He attaches himself easily to his human and wants you all to himself.  Levi could easily be a lapdog, as he enjoys watching the evening news with his foster mom, and will lay at your feet while his foster mom works at her computer – without moving an inch.  He loves to talk to you – as his bark is almost like a soprano singing and it means he is very happy to have you around.   He gets along well with his foster siblings, and even the resident cat.  You can easily walk Levi and he is fine strutting around the neighborhood and will not bother approaching dogs or humans. You are in for a real treat.  Levi will be your best friend.  This boy is fully grown and ready for the best final chapter of his life.  Email Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrnewengland@gmail.com PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.comNovember 4, 2024, 11:48 pm

This cutie pie brings back memories of Teddy Ruxbin, we believe he is a poodle mix of some sort and will require regular grooming.  Fenway is about 5 years old neutered male.  He is fully vaccinated and on heartworm preventative and flea/tick control.  He enjoys walks and is learning how to play fetch.   He has no issue with cats, but he is dog-selective.  We require that he be placed in a dog-savvy home without children.  He has a colorful past, coming from a neglect case from Puerto Rico, but with training and meds he is doing excellent in his foster home.  Please put in an application to meet him.  Complete one of our online adoption applications today! We are 5 1/ hrs west of VA Beach. We can transport 1/2 way for $100 or we can transport to VA Beach for $200. This will cover just my gas with today's high gas prices. You are welcome to drive to us in Mt.Airy, NC to pick up. Transport is on hold due to vehicle issues. This pup was born 4-1-23. This pup is golden retriever and aussie shep. This pup has been socialized since birth. This pup loves people, other dogs, cats and even kids. This pup has been started on crate training and potty training. This pup will go home current in vaccinations, deworming, preventives including being started on heartworm prevention and microchipped. The adopter will get all the health records with adoption. The puppy will receive a complete physical at our vet prior to transport. They will also receive a certificate of health. We require a pre screen application to adopt. West is a fun and fun loving older adult golden mix. West has plenty of life and energy and he just loves life! He’s a volunteer favorite and a very friendly, all around, good dog. He came from another local shelter who was full and facing difficult decisions. West is neutered, 55-60 lbs, vaccinated, and on preventions. He gets along great with all dogs and is a dream on leash. The only thing we can say of concern is that he was neutered in middle age, so he will need to wear a male wrap so he doesn’t ‘mark’ his territory. They had a more aggressive dog so they chose to give Chessie away. She has been with us as we started a family but as our family has grown we are moving. The house we are moving to does not allow dogs so with a sadden heart we have to give her up. She is great with other dogs, cats, and kids. She is still playful and loves to run around outside.
