Story
Gideon is a "gloriously handsome", soft, fluffy, golden-furred young gentleman. He is well-mannered, good on the leash, super affectionate with youthful energy and lots of fun! He was a favorite at the shelter down south but was at risk of being euthanized for space when Village for Paws rescued him. He will be arriving in New England at the end of February and is eager to find his forever home! Gideon is good with people (adults and children), dog and cat friendly and is already receiving some basic obedience training while in temporary foster before prior to making is move to New England. Approximately 1 yr old, he is a medium sized dog at about 47 lbs. who will probably not get much bigger - the perfect sized companion for curling up on the couch on a cold winter's night! If interested in adopting, or fostering to adopt Gideon, please contact Village for Paws Rescue at villageforpawsrescue@gmail.com for more information or to fill out an application.
