Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Lumi’s story is one of resilience, strength, and an incredible capacity to love. Ms. Lumi was found as a pregnant stray and brought to a local shelter, where she underwent a spay surgery. Unfortunately, after the procedure she managed to remove her cone and reopened her incision, causing her intestines to come out. She was rushed into emergency, life-saving surgery where veterinarians had to remove a portion of damaged bowel. Despite everything she endured, Lumi showed just how strong she truly is. Today, Lumi has made a full and remarkable recovery. As her body continues to adjust, she may have softer stools for a while and will take some vitamin supplements to support her health—but she is otherwise a happy, healthy girl ready to move forward with her life. And what a wonderful life companion she will be. Lumi is incredibly sweet, affectionate, and social. She absolutely loves being around her people and will happily follow you from room to room just to be close. She’s dog, cat, and chicken friendly  and enjoys a good game of fetch, making her a fun and loving addition to an active home. Lumi is also crate trained and potty trained, which makes her an easy transition into a new family. After everything she’s been through, Lumi deserves a home where she can finally relax, feel safe, and be showered with love. She’s ready to leave her past behind and start the next chapter of her life with a family who will adore her as much as she’ll adore them.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.April 8, 2026, 8:57 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Wyatt is a 7-month-old Golden mix with a truly inspiring story of transformation. He had a very rough start in life, surviving on the streets of Fort Worth while suffering from severe hair loss, mange, painfully infected skin, and being underweight. Despite everything he endured, Wyatt’s gentle spirit never faded. Today, Wyatt is blossoming into the handsome pup he was always meant to be. His extra-soft tan coat has grown in beautifully, perfectly complementing his kind, soulful eyes and sweet, loving temperament. Wyatt is still working on his potty training, but he’s making steady progress and learning more every day. He is crate trained and does wonderfully with the several other dogs in his foster home, thriving in a social and playful environment. One of his favorite activities is joining the pack for morning group hikes around the property, where he gets to explore and build confidence. Once a diamond in the rough, Wyatt has truly transformed into a shining, beautiful sparkle. Now healthy, happy, and full of love, he’s ready to find a forever home where he can continue to grow and be cherished.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.April 8, 2026, 8:57 pm

Story
Addie is a beautiful red field golden retriever. We have had her 4 years. She is house trained, leash trained and super smart. She is a very well behaved dog when in public. She love kids. She loves being outside. Sometime we have to convince her to come back in. She loves to fetch, however she loves to go get the ball over and over. but she won’t bring it back. She looks at you and waits for you to come get it and throw it again. She doesn’t tear up anything. She loves to run. She doesnt like to swim but loves being sprayed with water. She is up to date on shots and she is spayed. The reason for rehoming is because she had one set of puppies and we kept one. He is 2 now and she can’t get along with him. We also have one other golden and she is fine with him. She does not like to share her space with any other dogs. In the house or in her backyard. She would need to be an only dog. In her space. This is a hard decision for us to make. We need to make sure it will be a loving home.
