Story
My wife brought Jack home from a shelter as a puppy 4 years ago. He will be 5 in November. He is extremely gentle, polite and gets along great with other animals. We do not have the time anymore to give him the proper attention and care. I would recommend a young man or family with plenty of room and other animals that he can interact with.

Story
Meet Louise! Louise is a 3 year old angel girl. She's 60 pounds of love. While shy around new people, once she warms up she will be your new best friend. Completely calm and chill in the house she'll spend her day napping and cuddling. But she also has plenty of energy to play fetch and go on walks with you. She gets along well with any and all other dogs and just wants to play with her canine friends. I've been her foster for a year and can answer any and all questions you have. Louise is seriously the best girl and is crate trained and house trained. She's so smart and loves to learn new tricks. To set up a meet and greet or inquire about a dog, please first fill out an application at https://savinghoperescue.org/adopt. It doesn't obligate you, but it is the first step. We don't get to all of the inquiries but respond to all applications. Thank you for choosing to rescue!

Story
Meet Alfie! Hi! My name is Alfie. I'm 1 year old and weigh about 40 lbs. I love to play and am very high energy. I'm also very curious and love toys. I'm super loving and love to give kisses. I like rolling around in the grass and romping around in the backyard. I'm still very much a puppy so I'll need quite a bit of training, but I can sit and sometimes I can shake. I am crate trained, potty trained and can walk on a leash (sort of - we're still working on that). I would love to be the newest addition to a family with older kids (definitely not young kids or babies) and possibly another dog to help teach me the ways.To set up a meet and greet or inquire about a dog, please first fill out an application at https://savinghoperescue.org/adopt It doesn't obligate you, but it is the first step. Story
Meet Ferguson!Ferguson is a 2 year old Goldendoodle.Ferguson is a sweet cuddly boy who just wants love. He is smart and learns quickly even though he can't have treats for motivation. Some love and attention is all the reward he needs. He enjoys playing with his foster fur brother and would love to have a fur sibling in his forever home. He does well with kitty friends too. He needs a home without younger children. One of the most important things with Megaesophagus is that there's nothing for them to eat off the floor. Even though Ferguson is a little extra work this boy is more than worth it!Normally when a dog swallows, their esophagus moves the food from their mouth to their stomach to be digested. In Megaesophagus, dogs are unable to swallow food normally because their esophagus lacks the muscular tone and motility needed to move food and water. Instead, their esophagus dilates and food backs up, causing them to regurgitate the meal. Thankfully dogs with Megaesophagus can live long and happy lives some some modifications to their day! Ferguson needs to eat and drink in a Bailey chair and sit up for 20-30 minutes after each feeding. He can't have large meals or fatty foods so 3 meals a day is important, he is also on a specialty diet.To set up a meet and greet or inquire about a dog, please first fill out an application at https://savinghoperescue.org/adopt It doesn't obligate you, but it is the first step. Story
Meet Kaylen! Kaylen is a sweet 8 year old petite Golden Retriever. She tends to gravitate and trust men but also does well with woman. She is potty trained when taken out frequently. She likes to find her favorite spots around the house and those are her safe spaces. Kaylen will do best with at least one calm dog around. The best environment for her would be a family with older children and someone that is home quite a bit for her security. She does best when she is able to roam free. Crates are overwhelming and create anxiety for her. She has been great just hanging around the house and being let out throughout the day. She looks forward to her morning and evening treats! Kaylen is looking for a patient family that will help her to learn to trust people again and show her the love she desires and deserves.Requirements:· Children 13 years and older.· At least one other (calm) dog in the home.· A house with a secure fenced in yard.Due to her prior situation, she is still very anxious and does not feel comfortable being touched or petted. We are working on it and in certain situations she will allow it. She does take anxiety medication. She is a precious dog and just wants a home she can live out her life comfortably. To set up a meet and greet or inquire about a dog, please first fill out an application at https://savinghoperescue.org/adopt It doesn't obligate you, but it is the first step. Story
Meet Pickles! Pickles is my name and playing is my game. I love being outside playing with my sister and foster brother. I have two cat friends living with me. Although they are not really fans of me I just want to give them kisses and play with them. My other favorite thing is taking naps. I like to follow my foster mom in the house from room to room and keep an eye on what she is doing. I'm very sweet and affectionate and smart. I know some basic commands and pretty much potty trained although if I do have an accident I will go on a pee pad. I sleep all night in my pen without any issues. I am patiently waiting for my furever home.Pickles is 1 year old, good with kids/dogs/cats, house trained, and crate trained! While she could be an only dog with frequent socialization, she would love a playmate in the home.
