With his tan coat and the cutest ears that stand straight up, Nemo is as striking as he is sweet.Nemo has a gentle and loving personality. He adores spending time outside, whether it’s going on a walk or simply soaking up the sunshine. Hugs are one of his favorite things, and he’ll happily be part of whatever you’re doing—he just loves being close to his people. And if you really want to win him over, bring some chicken jerky treats (though he’s still learning to be a little gentler when taking them!). This boy would likely be fine in either a house or an apartment, as long as he gets his daily walks and quality time with you.Important Note: Nemo is selective with cats or dogs and would need a meet and greet before adopting. Fred is a 3.5 year old Golden Retriever mix. He only weighs 32 lbs, so he is mixed with a smaller breed, but we haven't been able to figure out what smaller breed. Foster mom says that Fred is the cutest, sweetest boy you will ever meet. Something or someone in his past has made Fred shy and untrusting. He needs adopters who will be patient and give him time to settle in and know he is safe, and it will be such a rewarding feeling to watch him gain confidence and understand that he has people who love and care for him. He loves to run and play with other dogs, so he would love to have a friendly playmate. He has great leash manners but he is still learning to enjoying car rides. Fred loves to snuggle with his fosters, in bed or on the couch or on their feet! Fred hasn't been around kids, but he is so gentle that we think he will be great with kids over the age of 6, or probably even younger. Hi, my name is Simona. I am a 2 year old Golden Retriever mix. I am fully vetted, spayed, and heartworm negative. I am crate trained and house broken. Through a series of unfortunate events I found myself all alone at an animal shelter in Florida. The wonderful rescue arranged for me to hitch a ride back to Texas so I could get the vet care I needed. Now that I am fully vetted, I am ready to find my forever home. My foster mom reports that I am tolerant of other dogs, but I may be happiest in a home where I am the only pup so I can have all of the attention from my humans.
