Story
Available for Adoption... 1.5 year old AKC Golden Retriever Spayed and up to date on vaccines. Would do best with an active home that can keep her busy and stay on top of her training. Dog and family friendly but probably best in a home with older kids. House and crate trained, has some obedience training but still needs some work. Story would prefer a home with a pool or some sort of water (or mud👀😂) access and some tennis balls.

Story
Meet Tsukiko, a young, energetic soul with a heart full of love and curiosity. Her playful and friendly nature is sure to bring joy to any home. Tsukiko`s intelligence is evident in her quick learning and problem-solving skills. She`s already leash trained and knows the sit, come, down, no, and off commands. House training is still on her to do list. She`s a bundle of sweetness and affection, always ready for a cuddle session. Putting her 35-pound body on your lap for some petting is a goal for this loving youngster. While she`s a bit dominant with other dogs and possessive of her food, she is also friendly and playful for those into rough housing like her. She is cautious, submissive, and fearful around cats. She can be rough and mouthy with children and a bit noisy and jumpy, so she`d do best in a home with older kids or adults. Tsukiko`s energetic and intense personality makes every day an adventure but she needed more than her family could offer her to keep her stimulated and out of mischief. Her lively spirit and loving nature make her the perfect companion for someone who enjoys an active lifestyle and is looking for a loyal friend. Her favorite activities are agility, car rides, running, tugging, toys, walks, and wrestling. She`s eager to share them all with you. Adopt lovable Tsukiko and experience the joy of her endless love and playful spirit. Story
Meet Jacob, a playful and calm adult dog, who was only given up because of his owners` divorce. He is mature, laidback, leash trained and house trained, making him an easy fit for any home. He loves a good game of fetch and car rides, and is always ready to explore new scents and sights. He enjoys agility, fetch, toys, and walks but overall he is a low activity level dog. His obedience and intelligence come through right away.Jacob is always gentle and patient with children. But because he is big and strong at 80 lbs, he`ll need to live with kids at least 10 years old. He knows the sit, stay, come, no, down, and off commands. Sometimes he talks in a deep Hound way, which may be loud but it`s just his unique way of communicating his excitement.Jacob is not comfortable with larger or dominant dogs, but he has done well with smaller dogs at his foster home. So his foster recommends him to go into homes with smaller dogs that give him his space or for him to be an only dog. It is also encouraged to bring your dog to meet him to be sure they get along. Adopt Jacob and let him show what a gentle, trustworthy companion he is. He is currently taking a break at his foster home. For additional information and to meet him, please reach out to his foster, Ram, at CAPdogfoster@gmail.com or (281) 202-9076. Story
Meet Brady, a bold, spirited adult dog who`s always ready for a game of fetch. Or a hundred games. His intelligence shines through his quick learning of new tricks and commands. He has already shown that he knows sit, shake, and down. Brady is packed full of energy, often seen jumping around in excitement. Despite his playful nature, Brady is also independent, capable of entertaining himself when needed. His friendly demeanor makes him a pleasure to be around but his strength and determination can be a challenge. Brady`s curiosity keeps him alert, always eager to confidently explore his surroundings, putting his nose everywhere to check everything out. He seems to be house trained, a testament to his smart nature. Brady`s loud bark is a sign of his confidence as he leads you around while on a leash using his full 70 pounds. Despite his energetic nature, Brady knows when to calm down, showing his well-rounded personality. We haven`t seen him interact with children yet but he`ll need to live with kids at least 12 years old because of his strength and prey drive. Cats or other small pets could be an issue for him. He is very determined when seeing other dogs and seems to be very picky about his canine friends so you`ll need to bring your dog to meet him to be sure they are compatible. Adopt Brady, and you`ll have a loyal, fun-loving companion who`s always ready and eager for the next adventure. Story
Meet Spot, a young canine bursting with life and energy. His playful nature is contagious, and he`s sure to keep you entertained with his amusing antics. He loves entertaining himself with balls and rope toys. Spot is a brave and friendly soul, always ready to greet other dogs with a wagging tail and play with them at the dog park. His sweetness will melt your heart, and his cuddly nature will make those quiet moments extra special. Spot does have a playful roughness with children so he`ll need to live with kids at least 10 years old until he learns not to nip during playtime. He has a penchant for chewing indicating his need for some training. This was why his recent adopters returned him. He needs help with house training and leash training but he won`t run away while off leash. He does know the sit command. He weighs 31 pounds and his energetic spirit is balanced by his quiet demeanor, making him a wonderful companion. Spot`s jumpy personality is simply a testament to his youthful spirit. Spot is not just a dog; he`s a bundle of joy, a friend, a companion, and a family member. He deserves a loving home where he can be guided, loved, and cherished. Adopt Spot and experience the pure, unadulterated love only a pet can give.
