KENNEL ID #01658&#226&#128&#139 This sweet laid back 2 year old guy lived in an outdoor kennel. His hair was falling out from a flea infestation. The wounds all over his body from scratching were festered and painful. All four feet have dew claws and the toenails on the rear legs had grown into his flesh. His teeth are worn down from chewing on the kennel fence. Food and water were scarce, he was dehydrated and under weight with no reserve to fight his ailments. Fast forward to now! He's fully vetted and feeling spry! Currently he is at 75lbs. and still gaining. He is so anxious for the couch life that he asked us to find him a forever home asap! He is not cat tested, and can be dog selective. He requires meet and greet with other dogs. He needs supervision or a tall fence when out. He is very chill and loves laying his big head on your lap for pets. This beautiful boy will make a great addition to some lucky family! Scooby is currently in a foster home in TN. Meet Penny. Penny came to us as a retired breeder dog from a commercial kennel. She is about 3 years old and weighs about 70 lbs.Penny loves to be around other dogs and will need a home with another friendly dog to help show her that people are not so bad. We are not sure about cats. Penny would do best in house that has a fenced yard as she likes to run!!!Penny is still timid around humans but very comfortable around other dogs. Her foster is working fiercely to have her become comfortable with humans but it will take time and patience. Honestly she is a very LOVABLE dog that wants to show it but needs reinforcement that she can trust you. She is so young and trainable and has so much potential! We will only consider applications for her that have another friendly dog and securely fenced in yard as she is currently a flight risk especially without those things. Penny is now spayed, up to date with vaccines and microchipped. She tested negative for heartworm and has been started on monthly heartworm prevention. Her adoption fee is $400.00. Meet Tammy. Tammy is a 5 year old Golden Retriever, weighing approximately 70 pounds. She is initially shy and will need some time to warm up and show you her fun and silly personality. Tammy will need a home with another dog where she can feel confident and continue to learn about living her best dog life. A fenced in yard is also a must for Tammy. She is learning to walk on the leash but does tend to pull. Once Tammy is comfortable, she craves attention and belly rubs! She does enjoy playing with toys and will play fetch. She has been great with other dogs and is currently in a foster home with two children ages 9 & 13. It is not known how she is with cats. Tammy is now spayed and up to date with vaccines. It pains us to rehome our precious Finn but he has unfortunately it is no longer tenable to have him in our home as he lacks awareness with our 2 year old and 1 year old children and has shown signs of aggression towards them as he is getting older. We adopted Finn from a friend who's dog had a surprise litter back in 2014. Finn is 10 years old. He is half golden retriever half lab. He is the sweetest pup who loves cuddling and just hanging out in the house and the yard with us. He struggles with anxiety and anxious behavior when no one is with him but thrives with an owner who is home a lot and can give him a lot of attention and love. He gets along great with adults and has never shown aggression towards anyone outside of our children who I believe he has become jealous of. He does not get along well with other dogs though and tends to be aggressive around them. We are looking for a loving home that Finn can go to that can give him this attention and love, & be around with him lots
