All dogs from this rescue are transported from Alabama to the Pennsylvania/ New England area and delivered in Pennsylvania and RI. Each dog will come fully vetted. Price also includes transportation and a Health Certificate as required by law. There is a 100.00 deposit required at the time of adoption to secure the transport crate. The remainder of the fee will be paid once you pick up the dog. Naturally the 100.00 comes off the total owed at pick up. It will be refunded if for any reason you decide you do not want to adopt, unless the transport has already left.with the dog. As a rescue, We do not euthanize dogs but dogs that are listed as URGENT are still waiting to be saved from animal control and they do euthanise. We can only save them when space is available or have an adopter. Missy, Lost her Dad a year ago and now her mom has fallen ill and is now entering a nursing home. I started watching Missy as a pet sitter last year and we first met her mom had been taken off by the ambulance and her comes this stranger into her home to let her out. She wasn’t sure of me at first but some good pets and treats we were best friends. Missy is such a sweetheart all she wants is loving from you. She wants you to be outside with her while she does her thing but once she is done she wants to go in to get her belly rubs. She loves to go for walks, she never pulls on the leash. She would love to sit with her owners and keep them company. She has a cat sister and they hang out with each other. Missy is easy going and loves to be where ever you are. She is an easy going dog. Mason has come in contact with 20 plus members of the staff and has been friendly with everyone. He keeps a clean cage, is fully house/crate trained and has never destroyed any blankets or toys in his run. He has been nothing but sweet towards their staff, even while receiving medical treatment and a full groom. It is not know how he is with cats but he has been around another dog in the office and their interaction was uneventful. He is well behaved on leash. He has barked at dogs from a distance but seems to be in a more playful and excited manner than aggressive. Mason is a highly food motivated man and very eager to please. He is looking for a new family to call his own and to live happily ever after with.
