Story
Riley is the sweetest boy! He was found as a stray but then reclaimed by his owner who then decided she could not care for him and surrendered him to the shelter. Our rescue was contacted to see if we had space for this adorable senior who should not be spending time in a shelter at this point in his life. His foster mom reports that he has lots of energy and loves to go for walks and explore. Riley does love food and will help himself when he is able... This boy likes other dogs and is just so happy and care free. Riley is visually impaired and also does not hear the best but he learns quickly and will make the most amazing companion! Riley would like a home where he is treated like a king and the center of attention in his golden years. Everyone who meets him falls in love with him. Home visit and adoption donation required.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.A NOTE FROM MEEKA'S FOSTER:I have been fostering Meeka for several months. She is adorable and charming. This love bug is eager to find her forever home where she can be the center of attention. Meeka is not just cute, she's incredibly smart, a little bit mischievous, and loves to please her person. She'll snuggle with you, play with her toys, and keep you entertained. Meeka will thrive in a home where she can be the center of attention, which is why she would do best as the only pet in the household. She loves being the star of the show and having all the love and attention to herself. While Meeka is incredibly loving and awesome, she prefers a calm and serene environment, making her not suitable for small children. She craves a peaceful atmosphere where she can relax and enjoy the company of her favorite humans. Meeka is house broken and does fine being left on her own in the house. If you're ready to open your heart and home to a pup who will shower you with love and loyalty, Meeka Is the perfect match for you! Meeka is going to need a home with a 6 ft privacy fence around the yard.  If you are interested in Meeka please fill out an application at: https://reachoutrescue.rescuegroups.org/forms/form?formid=4588    Or contact: rorrcanine@gmail.com   *** Click here to sponsor this dog! ***Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.October 27, 2024, 3:34 pm

Story
Emmy is high energy and has some anxiety but she is very sweet. She has been professionally trained in obedience and loves to play fetch. We recently have had two small children and no longer have the time to work her like she needs. She has had problems around other dogs with toy aggression so the new owner will need to be mindful of that.

Story
KENNEL ID #01658&#226&#128&#139 This sweet laid back 2 year old guy lived in an outdoor kennel. His hair was falling out from a flea infestation. The wounds all over his body from scratching were festered and painful. All four feet have dew claws and the toenails on the rear legs had grown into his flesh. His teeth are worn down from chewing on the kennel fence. Food and water were scarce, he was dehydrated and under weight with no reserve to fight his ailments. Fast forward to now! He's fully vetted and feeling spry! Currently he is at 75lbs. and still gaining. He is so anxious for the couch life that he asked us to find him a forever home asap! He is not cat tested, and can be dog selective. He requires meet and greet with other dogs. He needs supervision or a tall fence when out. He is very chill and loves laying his big head on your lap for pets. This beautiful boy will make a great addition to some lucky family! Scooby is currently in a foster home in TN.  Adoption Donation $475 Thank you for your interest in rescue.  If you would like to be considered for  adoption please submit an application to adopt.  If you have any questions regarding the adoption process please  email:    dianespets1486@gmail.com  or call 610-970-7500 APPLICATIONS TO ADOPT : DOG   SMALL ANIMALS   BIRD REPTILE   FERRET October 28, 2024, 2:33 am
