Story
Meet Maggie! Maggie just turned one year old, and she is a Golden Retriever/Husky/Poodle/Shepard mix. Maggie is friendly, affectionate, full of fun loving energy, smart and attentive. She gives lots of kisses and will snuggle with you at night. She loves to play with all types of toys and is a great walker (you can even take her for a run!). She is completely house trained (never had an accident), and she is crate trained. Maggie can jump fences, so she either needs a tall (5-6 ft) fence or to be supervised in the yard. Although she is friendly when meeting other dogs (goes to doggie daycare), she has struggled with resource guarding behaviors with the other dog in the house. One incident of resource guarding with food resulted in biting the other dog in the home, which is the reason for rehoming. She has worked with a trainer and knows quite a few commands: sit, down, stay, place, heel, come. Maggie is really a fantastic dog and would do really well in a one-dog home!
