Scully’s mom was a Golden Retriever (we have pictures). Scully is not very pushy when it comes to getting attention but appreciates a laid back companion. He is happy and playful and loves toys with squeakers, stuffed animals and lots of snuggle time!! Scully gets along with other dogs and loves to play with those dogs he knows best. He is on the shy side, so a quiet home with plenty of outside adventures would be his preference.The Adoption Fee Includes Age-Appropriate Vaccinations (DA2PPV, Bordetella, Rabies), Deworming, Spay/Neuter, Microchip, Flea, Tick and Heartworm Treatment and Prevention, and Sheltering. Adult Dogs are Heartworm Tested and Treated as Needed.Scully's adoption fee (if picked up locally in Crossville, Tennessee) is $225. He is a highly excitable, loving dog who enjoys cuddles, chewing on toys, playing fetch, chewing on bones and dancing with his people if he’s allowed he has lived with his parents and siblings. His whole life has met a couple other dogs with no issue that are not his family. While he’s good with other dogs there is a hiccup, he doesn’t seem to understand dog social language if a dog growls, he thinks they wanna play and gets more excitable. He does not back off like a lot of dogs would when giving a warning growl. Which inevitably causes issues. I wanna find him a home who can give him all the love I have, but I’m not able to properly give because of life.
