Story
Where`s Waldo? Here I am! I`m a sweet boy who LOVES to run and play with my doggie friends. I`m a VERY high energy boy who will need an owner who is willing to put in the time it will take to wear me out...! I`m eager to please and would benefit from some additional training. I would do best in a home with no small children due to my size and energy. Come meet me today and see if we go home together!

Story
Mandu (meaning "Dumpling") is an adorable 11-week-old Golden Retriever puppy. We adopted her from Petland, and we have documentation confirming that she is a purebred. She’s a bit shy in her new surroundings since she’s still so young, but once she adjusts, she’ll start to enjoy it! She loves people, although she can be a little nervous around larger dogs. We’ve been training her to go potty outside, but since she's still young, she's learning and has occasional accidents in the house (she's still learning!). Crate training has gone smoothly with her. We usually put her in the crate at bedtime; she whines a bit at first, but if you stay with her until she falls asleep, she has no issues sleeping in her crate through the night. It breaks our hearts to rehome her, but due to recent changes in our financial situation and busy schedules, we hope to find her a new owner who can continue to give her the love and care she needs to thrive.

Meet Dandy! She is believed to be a 2 year old Lab retriever mix. Dandy is great and has made steady progress since she arrived at the sanctuary. Dandy and her sisters where part of a hoarding case where over 40 dogs lived for years and one day abandoned. Dandy has shown she is good with every dog of every size and age she meets, cats and even love the joy kids own. While she is still timid and a bit shy she is outgoing, happy, joyful, and playful. She's our little tom boy in the group of girls. Dandy wrestles, loves toys, dances with Hugo every chance she gets, loves the outdoor altho she still unsure, loves swimming, hiking, and is always pushing to explore life and the true meaning of how a pet should be treated and live for, humans. Her healing has helped her become an amazing dog and she is ready for her forever humans to join her new life adventures. The sky has no limit as long as her people have her back, encourage and push her to try as she experience the life of a pet. Story
Meet Sunny short for Sunflower. She is believed to be a bloodhound shepherd mix possibly retriever. a year old at most. Sunny was pulled from a local shelter Christmas of 2021 after a hoarding abandonment case of 27 plus fearful feral dogs left behind in a property. The home was condemned, disgusting filthy. A home in such condition, no animal or human should have to live in. Sunny and 3 others call the sanctuary home for the time being, all are doing amazing with their rehab, learning what life as a loved pet should be. Sunny struggles to settle in and takes more time then the others. She is the one that stresses easily when meeting new people but with a playful active dog mentoring her she does so much better. She slowly warms up some when it comes to people, still unsure if she wants human affection at first but will always take a treat, moves in for petting, willing to snuggle and even cuddle. Sunny loves all the dogs, is good with cats and small critters too. A 100% secured fenced in yard is a must, A home with other pets is required. At least 1 other balance playful, outgoing dog for her to follow/gravitate toward. Sunny has an amazing personality she herself is still learning about who she is. Always best to approach her slow at first. Sunny needs a lot of confidence still, and that requires a lot of patience with no set time frame and expectations ever. Allow her to live life 1 day at a time. Sunny walks amazing on leash, barks very little but barks. is very playful, loves treats, and eventually settles in. Sunny is house and crate trained, up to date on all appropriate core vaccines including lepto, rabies, de-wormed, fecal tested negative, micro-chipped, neutered, and on monthly heart-worm flea/tick prevention.
