Story
Meet Sasha 🤍
Sasha is the kind of dog who makes people fall in love instantly. She has the mask of a husky and the coat of a Golden Retriever and Husky giving her back an almost calico look with Gold mixed into the black. She has a constant smile on her face, a gentle soul, and the sweetest, most affectionate personality. Whether she is giving kisses to the other dogs in the home, quietly soaking up attention from her people, or happily splashing in a kiddie pool, Sasha approaches life with pure joy and trust.
One of Sasha’s favorite things in the world is water. She absolutely loves playing in the kiddie pool and will even dunk herself completely underwater, holding her breath just for fun. Snow, water, sunshine — Sasha is happiest when she gets to enjoy life alongside her people.
She recently learned how to use a doggy door and has settled beautifully into foster care. She has had no accidents, is excellent about letting you know when she needs outside, and is eager to please. Sasha is calm, mellow, and easygoing overall, but still enjoys playful moments when she gets excited. She has the laid-back, loving temperament of a Golden Retriever.
Sasha gets along wonderfully with other dogs and shows absolutely no aggression or resource guarding, even around high-energy dogs. She is affectionate, social, and incredibly trusting through every transition she has experienced.
About Sasha:

• Leash trained

• Typically quiet unless alerting to someone passing by or a squirrel outside
• Appears cat-friendly and seems more interested in playing than harming them
• Vaccinated and microchipped
• Will be spayed prior to adoption
What Sasha needs most now is stability. She deserves a home that understands dogs need time to decompress, adjust, and feel safe. She does not need perfection — she needs patience, consistency, kindness, and someone willing to give her the love she so freely gives in return.
This beautiful girl has so much love left to give and truly deserves a soft place to land.
