Rosie is a super sweet loving little girl. She loves to snuggle and would love if she could sleep in your bed. She is good in her kennel when left alone. She is still working on her house skills. She will go to the door when she wants to go out but does need to be let out soon after going to the door. She loves toys, walks and playing with other dogs. She has only met a cat once and was very curious. She does a happy dance before sitting down when it is time to eat. Rosie gets excited when she sees people on her walk and tries to make friends everywhere. She has met kids (over 8) and is working on not jumping when meeting new people. March 26, 2026, 8:28 pm

    Meet Peter the Great!  Peter the Great is a 2.5-year-old, Goldendoodle with long legs, a playful spirit, and a heart full of love. Weighing about 60 pounds, this tall, handsome boy has a low-shedding coat (but he does shed some) and is fully house trained!   He is an F1 golden doodle, meaning he is half golden retriever and half poodle.  He absolutely loves walks, during which he is working on his leash skills, and he loves all his toys and balls! Fetch is his favorite game, and he could happily play for hours. Because of his playful enthusiasm, Peter would do best in a home with older kids - his excitement might accidentally knock over smaller little ones. This fun-loving guy would thrive with an active family who enjoys getting outside. A fenced yard would be a dream come true so he can run and play, and he’d also love a playful dog buddy to romp around with. He will also snuggle up with you on the couch or in bed when it’s time to chill!  Peter will be neutered soon and is available now for pre-adoption, so his forever family can be ready to welcome him home as soon as he’s ready. Rosie is a VERY loving and sweet dog. She loves to snuggle, occasionally play fetch and chew on her stuffed animals. Shes amazing with or 3 kids and loves everyone she meets. She is docile and naps majority of the day, but is always ready if you want to take a walk. She loves to go on car rides with you and LOVES the water. We have fostered her for a few months now and she is ready for her forever home. Please reach out if you think Rosie could be the one for you! Things to note before applying- - Rosie has some sensitivity in her hips, which is common for this breed the older they get. We give her a daily supplements for joint health to ease tenderness and they seem to do the trick! (This does not prevent her from doing anything- she is still fully active, jumping, running, playing, climbing stairs, jumping onto the bed/couch) She is cautious of someone touching her hips if she doesn’t know/trust them aka groomers or the vet
