Story
Petunia, Golden Retriever/Poodle/Australian Cattle Dog/Kelpie. 1 1/2 yr. 42 lbs. Petunia spent the first 14 weeks in a wire kennel. Because she didn’t get out of the kennel for so long and did not have much exposure to the outside world, she will take time to work up confidence to experience new situations in a new home. Petunia is a little shy at first but warms up quickly. She’s somewhat bossy with other dogs so would probable do better as on only dog. She needs a home with someone home most of the time to give her the attention she has never had. Call Cindy 970-353-1385

Story
Luna is a sweet olden golden with lots of love to give, she is 6 years old, she’s great with people of all ages and is house trained as as she was a local surrender. She and the other dog in the home were squabbling over food and toys and with kids in the house it was difficult to manage. Luna has come to Big Bones to find a fit for her that either had the ability to work on some resource guarding or has no other pets in the home. This girl is so sweet, so eager to hang out and love!! If you’re looking for an easy dog and have no other pets look no further, Luna is your girl!!

Story
Pure joy...that is what Golden Retrievers bring to all who love them! Danni is a purebred Golden Retriever who is guessed to be around 2 years old. She came to us from Oklahoma from a small breeder who was ready to retire and wanted to find good homes for her pups. Danni's gentle demeanor and sweet disposition will make her a wonderful companion. Danni has had a partial tear to her left CCL. It has healed, though it will likely be easy to reinjure (like a badly sprained ankle is weaker and easier to reinjure). She also has arthritis in the knee joint. She will need to be kept at a lower activity level. She would do better with, for instance, 4 short walks per day than 1 long walk. It is possible that her ligament could completely tear at some point and that she would then need surgery. She is so sweet, loves to cuddle on the couch, and, if you are not a "furniture ok" family, she will happily rest on the floor or in a dog bed. She loves her 21-pound foster brother and is kind and gentle with him. Apply for Danni today and come to meet her in Berthoud.

Story
Noah is a loving gentle dog. He gets along with all sized dogs. He is working on kennel training. He's very happy and super goofy! Noah is a 1-year-old mixed breed rescued from a high-intake shelter. This dog's adoption fee is $350 and includes up-to-date vaccinations, microchip, 4DX testing, and neuter. Noah is also tested with other dogs, children, housebroken, and working on kennel training in foster care. We would love for you to meet this dog and see if he might be a good fit for your home. The first step to adoption is completing an adoption application on our website at www.bounceanimalrescue.org. Pending approval, your application is valid for 1 year, and you will be eligible to request a hold on an individual animal for the Saturday adoption event. The hold does not require that you take the animal home, but ensures you get to meet and make an adoption decision prior to other applicants. Also pending approval, you will be able to acquire foster home contact information, so you inquire on personalities of specific animals. We do offer midweek private adoption appointments for approved applicants pending staff, foster home, and vetting schedules. Because we are 100% foster-based, private adoption appointments are only offered for individual animals. (If interested in viewing multiple animals at one time, we encourage you to attend our adoption events!) Please note, we do not have the ability to process adoption applications at our adoption events, so please plan accordingly. If an application is submitted past 5pm on Monday-Thursday, it will begin review the following day. If submitted on Friday-Sunday, it will begin review on Monday. It takes approximately 1-2 business days for an application to be processed. Our adoption events take place every Saturday from 10am-Noon at Pet Supplies Plus (Front Range Village, 2912 Council Tree Ave #100, Fort Collins, 80525). For additional questions regarding meeting this dog please contact us via text/email at 970.699.6772, or contact@bounceanimalrescue.org. We apologize for any inconvenience, but due to a high volume of inquiries, calls and voicemails regarding adoption will not be returned. Thank you for choosing adoption! Story
Hoss is an extremely calm and laid-back dog. He walks great on a leash and is familiar with basic commands (sit, down, paw, no). He is kennel & potty trained and sleeps all through the night. He enjoys car rides and wants to be your tagalong buddy! He is gentle, enjoys head scratches, long naps, walks, cuddles, and snacks. He hasn’t met a person he dislikes. He is not vocal and would do well with shared wall homes. A family, single person, or couple would enjoy his company. He is always there for you, in a typical golden retriever flair. Hoss is a 5-year-old mixed breed rescued from a high-intake shelter. This dog's adoption fee is $500 and includes up-to-date vaccinations, microchip, 4DX testing, dental, and neuter. This dog is good with other dogs and children. He is not tested with cats. He is also kennel trained and housebroken. Story
Meet Martini – The Sweetest Companion You’ll Ever Find! Martini is an adorable, mellow pup with a heart full of love and curiosity. While she may share her name with a sophisticated cocktail, Martini is more like a comforting craft beer on a warm summer day—laid-back with little bursts of playful energy. She’s ready to find a forever home that offers plenty of cuddles and affection! Her Highlights New People: A little shy at first but warms up quickly with love and patience. Children: Does great with kids! Food Removal: No food aggression—good manners. Dogs: Gets along wonderfully with other dogs and respects their space. Cats & Other Pets: Unknown with cats, but has done well with other pets. Personality: Friendly, mellow, and a cuddle enthusiast. She’s curious and loves exploring but happiest snuggled up with her human. Energy Level: Medium – she enjoys bursts of playtime but is equally content relaxing by your side. Potty Training: Making good progress! Signals when she needs to go out but still has the occasional accident. Leash Manners: Still learning but improving daily. A Little More About Martini Martini is a curious and affectionate pup who loves to spend time with her people. She’s playful and excited to explore, whether that means a long walk, a hike, or running around to let out some energy. At the end of the day, her favorite spot is cuddling right next to you, soaking up all the love and attention. Martini responds well to treats and understands “no,” proving she’s a quick learner. She’s comfortable meeting other dogs and is respectful of their space but also eager to find her “dog tribe” to play with. Potty training is coming along nicely, and she’s learning to signal when she needs to go outside. While Martini is generally quiet, she may bark when left alone, especially in her crate. She’s working on crate training and some puppy habits, like jumping on people, but these are minor quirks that can be easily addressed with a little patience and love. If there’s one word to describe Martini, it’s “sweetness.” Her foster mom says she’s the ultimate dream dog—and she’s fostered plenty of pups to know! If you’re looking for a loving, mellow companion with a sprinkle of playful energy, Martini is ready to be your best friend. ##2277303##
