Please visit our web site at https://tarasdream.org/adopt to fill out an adoption application for this pet and for more info about our adoption process.  Meet Sky!  She is a beautiful Husky mix with a soft fluffy coat made for petting and cuddling!  She is shy at first, but soon warms up. She enjoys interacting and being around her human. She loves being outdoors running and playing, but also loves snuggling on the couch. She is smart, attentive, friendly, and gentle.  Sky is 3 years old and weighs 45 lbs. She just completed a group obedience class and is well-mannered. Sky is looking for a family to be an active part of. Come meet Sky, you will love her!     Approximate Birthdate:   March 2021 Adoption Fee: $200 TARA's adoption fee includes: spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, heartworm test (if age appropriate), heartworm and flea prevention, and deworming.  TARA's pets are all eligible for a TWO WEEK TRIAL. Hi, I'm Clayton! I'm an active dog that loves a game of tug or fetch. If you're looking for a dog with a great sense of humor and personality for days, that's me! If you're wondering about my breed, it's anyones best guess. All I know is I'm the best and you should come meet me! I love to play with other dogs and get along great with lots of different friends. If you need time to relax, I can do that too. I often join staff for their meetings and am happy to lay down and rest until they are ready to give me all the attention. I am very food motivated and just waiting to learn all the things you want to teach me. All dogs are spayed or neutered, microchipped, Heartworm tested, and current on vaccinations and preventions prior to adoption. At the time of adoption all dogs are signed up with a unique Safe Paws QR pet ID tag, the adopter is required to maintain a monthly membership of $2.99/month for (at minimum) the first year. This helps insure your new furry family member makes his way back to you if lost. Leashes and collars are also required at the time of adoption. You are welcome to bring your own, or we have plenty to chose from at the shelter as well. Our shelter is located at 10312 East 63rd Street in Raytown, MO. We are open to meet pets Tuesday through Friday from 10-6, and on Saturday and Sunday from 10-5. We are closed on Mondays.

Lady is under a year old and is already a pretty big girl! This sweetheart has some interesting lineage, her mom is a Bernese Mountain dog/ Poodle cross, and her dad was a Golden Retriever/ Poodle cross but her genetic test said she's 100% lover. With those mixes, it's no surprise that Lady loves to play! Despite that, she knows when it's time to calm down and get some cuddles in! Lady may take a little while to warm up, but once she breaks out of her shy shell, you'll have a companion who wants nothing more than to get pets and attention from her person! This lovely girl has done well with other dogs and seems to have an affinity for kids! If you're looking for a soft fluffy dog with a sweet affectionate disposition and nothing but love and hugs to give, look no further! All dogs are spayed or neutered, microchipped, Heartworm tested (6 months and above,) and current on vaccinations and preventions prior to adoption. At the time of adoption all dogs are signed up with a unique Safe Paws QR pet ID tag, the adopter is required to maintain a monthly membership of $2.99/month for (at minimum) the first year. If the pet you fall in love with is not quite ready for adoption, we do offer a $50 hold deposit that will insure you have first "dibs on adoption.
