Story
Pluto is 8-1/5 yrs. old schanuzer and weighs 14 lbs. He needs a home that understands he will take lot's of time to trust humans, he will allow you to sit beside him and give ear and back scratches once you have earned his trust. He does great with other dogs and will need at least one other pup his size or smaller in the home. He will also play catch me if you can when we need to pick him up or take him somewhere. He is hesitant to go outside, so we make a game of it, "hiding" behind the glass patio door and he will race past and in to the yard. He's not fond of being groomed, no mani/pedi's for him if he can help it. Pluto's adoption fee is: $250 ALL adoptions require a completed application, vet check, home check and final contract. The application to adopt can be found at www.camorescue.com. Adoption fees are variable. Up to date vaccines, microchip, spay/neuter are included in the fee. Once your application has been approved, we will put you in touch with a CAMO representative to set up a meet and greet. We select the best applicant for each dog, based on the dog's needs. For the safety of our small breed dogs and based on our past experiences, we will not place our dogs in homes with large breed dogs. EIN # 46-5486022

Story
Hi everyone, my name is Lancelot and I was picked up as a stray in San Antonio. I was saved by Camo Rescue right before I was supposed to be euthanized. I am 10 years old and blind so I am looking for a special adopter who understands my fear of being picked up (although I am getting much better with medicine and time). I can get nippy and will tell you when I want to stay on the ground so a home with no small children is best. I've never lived in a house so it takes some time for me to get comfortable. I've been with my foster mom for 2 months and I get along great with her 3 dogs and other fosters. I've even learned to use the doggy door to go potty! I just got neutered and had a dental with some extractions. I am ready to find my perfect family! My adoption fee is waived to the right home. Apply to adopt at www.camorescue.com Adoption fee is: $200 ALL adoptions require a completed application, vet check, home check and final contract. The application to adopt can be found at www.camorescue.com. Adoption fees are variable. Up to date vaccines, microchip, spay/neuter are included in the fee. He is a fence climber and not suitable for homes with chain-link, or any fencing requiring mesh. Gatsby will make a loving and devoted addition to your family. Adoption fee is: $400 ALL adoptions require a completed application, vet check, home check and final contract. The application to adopt can be found at www.camorescue.com. Adoption fees are variable.
