Story
** This dog is out on a field trip today and might not be available for viewing at the shelter, give us a call if you’re interested in adopting. **** I still need to be neutered so when my forever family decides to adopt me, I will be placed on hold. Then you can come pick me up after my surgery. ****I am part of the Home for the Holidays adoption promotion so my adoption fee has been reduced to $50 until December 31. I would love to ring in the New Year with you!**Hi, I`m Ranger! I`m about 4 years old and weigh 73 pounds.Do you like...Dogs? I`ve been neutral towards other dogs here at the shelter. Please bring all dogs in the home with you when you come to meet me!Cats? I`m not sure. I would need slow introductions and supervision in order to live with a feline friend.Kids? I`d do best with older kiddos who can be respectful towards me. (8+)Anything else you`d like us to know, Ranger? I`m an energetic dude who would benefit from a home that can provide me with structure and routine. I have lots of love to give! I came into the shelter as a stray and the above information is all recommendations based on my behavior seen at the shelter. I have no known history. Expect to learn more about me after adoption. It is unknown how this animal will do in their new home as all animals can be different with each person. It is important to take this into consideration when thinking about adopting and making sure you are prepared to work with any potential medical or behavior issues that occur after adoption. My adoption fee includes my neuter, current vaccinations, permanent microchip identification, certificate for a free veterinary exam, post-adoption support and more!Thank you for taking the time to learn a little about me! If you think we would be a good match come on down and ask to meet me! I`m looking for my forever home and it could be with you!ADOPTION INFORMATION: If you live in the city of Eugene or in Lane County you will be purchasing a dog license in addition to the adoption fee. You will get to choose between a one year, two year, or three year license. This pet is located at Greenhill Humane Society. 88530 Greenhill Road Eugene, OR 97402 (541) 689-1503.
