Story
Maple is most happy being snuggled and loved on but at other times prefers to curl up on the floor in her bed. She is currently being medicated for back pain so her little personality is just starting to shine. Maple is so quiet, never barks. She has just started dancing in circles when asked if she needs outside to potty. This sweet girl deserves only the best!To have your home considered for adoption, read about our adoption process or fees, and find out about interstate transport (dogs only), please visit our website.https://longwayhome.org/apply ❤ Long Way Home makes no guarantees on breed--most animals we receive from shelters are mixed breeds. As long as they need rescue, that's what is most important to us.

Story
Meet Jen Barkley!Jen was found wandering the streets of Conroe and was picked up by animal control. She has demodex mange (which is being treated!), and a secondary yeast infection on her skin. Poor girl is ITCHY, but still the sweetest! She doesn't appear to be able to see, but she can hear- ESPECIALLY if it's a treat bag. She is a petite girl, a little under 10lbs, and is very mindful... very demure... doesn't make a fuss about anything. We are anxious to see her glow-up!To have your home considered for adoption, read about our adoption process or fees, and find out about interstate transport (dogs only), please visit our website.https://longwayhome.org/apply ❤ Long Way Home makes no guarantees on breed--most animals we receive from shelters are mixed breeds.
