Story
Almond was adopted by a family member of a volunteer but sadly after a bit if time the family has had some emergency changes and needed to place him back with rescue for a new home. He's been living a great life with off leash pack hikes and enjoying himself with friends. He enjoys people and other dogs, would do great with kids as well. His original story is below. After being found in an Orchard with a deceased mom dog nearby (Hit by car sadly) dad (Apple) took over and cared for the pups until someone finally saw and picked them all up and safe. They went to a temp foster to get them safe and serve a stray hold and quarantine period. They were covered in ticks and fleas and matted/filthy mess, they got some much needed vaccines, dewomrer, flea/tick treatment and After 3 weeks they are thriving! They are fiesty friendly outgoing pups who love life and everyone they meet! If interested please follow these steps: 1. fill out and submit an application online at: https://form.jotform.com/240361716308149 2. Please send in home and yard photos for approval. *please note: We like to do 2 week Foster to Adopts on adult dogs,so the dogs don't have to move around as much and they can bond and make sure they fit into your home before completion of adoption.* Dogs adoption fee's will include vet visit/exam, spay/neuter, microchip, blood work up/dental if vet says it is needed, dewormed, up to date on shots (DHPP and Rabies, Bordetella can be done if requested we don't do it normally as we don't have the dogs in boarding, dog parks or high risk locations), Current on 1 dose of flea treatment in case they brought any with them from CA.  If anything isn't mentioned please ask. Adoption fees vary $300-$500 depending on the dog and medical care needed/required. Adoption fee for each dog will be noted in write up. ##2071329##
