Meet Lulu, an adult dog with an independent spirit. She's a bit shy at first, but don't let that fool you. Behind her reserved demeanor is a smart and brave soul, ready to take on life's adventures. Lulu is seeking an adult-only home where her independence can be appreciated. Her shyness means she'll need a patient and understanding owner, someone who can respect her space while helping her come out of her shell. Lulu's intelligence and bravery make her a unique and rewarding companion. Adopt Lulu and discover the joy of a dog who can think for herself, face challenges bravely, and offer unconditional love in her own special way. Lulu weighs 9lbs., is approximately 4 years old (est. birth date 10/19/2020), and her adoption fee is $500. Lulu has been spayed, is up to date on all vaccinations & preventatives, and is microchipped. If you want to know more about Lulu, please complete a survey at https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/FKDS/Dog. Meeting our dogs is by appointment only. Story
Meet Toffee!! A police officer found him on the side of the road on the highway in a crate, and we are so thankful he ended up at Furkids. He has been with a loving foster, and recently had bladder stone surgery and feels so much better!! His foster thinks that he was definitely someone else's dog because he's so well behaved in her home, and well trained. He does like other dogs, but sometimes doesn't take the signal when they want to be left alone. He's a very independent little guy that likes going in and out of his crate with the door open, and he's fully housebroken. He loves to be combed and brushed, and enjoys sitting in her lap as he likes her attention. He also likes scoping out the neighborhood going on walks. Come meet this little 9 lb nugget you won't be disappointed!! Toffee weighs 7lbs., is approximately 8 years old (est. birth date 04/14/2016), and his adoption fee is $305. Toffee has been neutered, is up to date on all vaccinations & preventatives, and is microchipped. If you want to know more about Toffee, please complete a survey at https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/FKDS/Dog. Meeting our dogs is by appointment only.
