Story
Birth Date: 10/15/2023 Female High energy Loves attention Ginger is an absolute sweetheart. She LOVES people and attention and would curl up in your lap all day if you let her. Because she’s a hunting breed by nature, she does require daily exercise. Whether that be through toys and games, playing fetch, going on a walk/run, or working on commands. Due to her current home having lots of small children ages ranging from newborn- 7 years old, she doesn’t get the attention that she needs and deserves. We’re hoping she can go to a family that will take her and love her for the rest of her long life! Where she can run and play and exercise and get all of the attention her heart could want. She is kennel trained and that’s where she sleeps at night. She craves people and activity, so a home that’s willing to play with her every day would be best. She’s seriously the sweetest! And I have no doubt that she’ll become your new best friend. Adoption fee negotiable.

Story
We found a male GSP mix (maybe Blue Heeler) running free down Northcrest Drive (Northampton subdivision) in Spring, TX, just south of The Woodlands. No chip. He was severely dehydrated and malnourished. A wellness check at the vet revealed he is in relatively good health. Weighs about 60 lbs. We paid for all new vaccinations and blood work as we had no idea what his medical history was. He did test weakly positive for Heartworms on a quick-test and we ran a more definitive blood test. This unfortunately came back positive. He has received first doses of Heartgard, Nexgard, Doxycycline and de-worming meds. Does not appear to be in any medical discomfort. He is super friendly and intelligent, knows commands. Is not aggressive to people or the other dogs we have met on walks. Has not been around small dogs, cats or children. Good on a leash and he is house broken. He'd be great with an active family with older kids and maybe acreage to roam and explore. Est. 1 - 2 years old.
