Story
Hello All! We are looking to re-home little Maple (to no fault of her own). She is a 1 year old, 45 lb lab, German short haired pointer or Coon hound mix. She loves to be outside, so if you have a little extra space, she would be grateful, but she also has no problem cuddling up on the couch. She trains well to a GPS collar that allows her to run and play. She is smart, and super sweet but a little shy at first. She knows the basic commands. Gets along well with children and other dogs. She hasn’t been around cats, but does like to chase squirrels. She is up to date on heartworm meds, all vaccines and is spayed.

Story
Meet our sweet dog, Herschel! We rescued Herschel 3 years ago and the vet believes him to be somewhere around 11-13 years old. Herschel comes from a pretty troubled background and we have done the best we can to provide for him but sadly, our life circumstances now dictate that we find him a new home to live out the rest of his days. Herschel has separation anxiety and issues getting along with other animals. He will be happiest with owners that are able to be with him most of the time and he'll need to be the only pet in the house. Special needs aside, Herschel is absolutely the sweetest dog and loves humans very much. He is very sweet to kids of all ages and will spend most of his day laying around looking cute and waiting to cuddle. He loves to go on walks and run around outside. Ideally his new family can either provide exercise everyday or have a space that he can be let out to explore, bury bones, do dog stuff.
