A few key notes about our Rescue… 1. All of our pets start their journey in Memphis Tennessee. 2. No monies exchange hands until the pet has arrived 3. Once adopted, our pets can be transported to Denver, Colorado, the Midwest and all of the north eastern states. 4. We have a Facebook page and an Instagram page. Story
Hi! I'm Opal and I'm just under 5 years old. I have beautiful blue eyes that I get lots of compliments on. My favorite activity in the whole world is running and I would love to be someone's jogging companion, but I'm also content with a 30 minute walk daily and some yard time. I also enjoy curling up beside my humans on the couch and lounging outside in the sun. I get along well with most other dogs (particularly male dogs) and I have met a few cats and got along well with all but one of them. Other good attributes about me are that I'm completely potty trained (no accidents since I was a puppy!), I am not food aggressive, I don't shed a lot, and I sleep through the night happily. My owners are trying to re-home me because I am very scared of young children and they recently had a baby. I need to be placed in a home with children over the age of 10. My DNA test said I'm predominately Supermutt, Cattle Dog, and German Shorthaired Pointer.
