Story
Meet Rue! Nickname: Plumber Girl (she likes to drink water from the tub, shower, toilet, anywhere) Breed: GSD Mix Rescue: Albert’s Dog Lounge Age: Young (just coming up on a year) Weight: 63 lbs Fun fact: Though Rue is deaf, she is a working breed girl who would love something to do with that big brain of hers! She would love to be your hiking guide, work with you at agility classes, do scent work with you, or even check out dock diving! Foster home: Janesville, WI Activity level: High (I am a working breed youngster!) Friendly with: Dogs, but would thrive with a similar size dog who can teach her how to be a dog. She has been around children in her previous home. She does understand the cat's cues to leave her be. Sleep style: She would love to be in bed with you, but we are having her sleep in a crate. Meals: 2 cups of dry puppy food 2X a day. Very food motivated. Enjoys frozen kongs filled with wet food Snore-o-meter: 1 (quiet gal) Bark-o-meter: 4 (barks when someone comes to the door) Shedding meter: hard to tell, as she is in a foster home with a husky and a husky mix. No clue who's hair is who's. Fashion: PJs and Chill! I love the Pittie pajamas that are out there! I can wear them too! Signature color: Lime green pops against her fur! Walk out song: Jackass theme song—willing to follow anyone into a crazy adventure. You jump, I jump! Favorite season: Summer!! Loves to explore the world with her people. Personality: gentle, affectionate, loving, quirky, curious, cuddly Best feature: Head tilt with floppy ears. Beautiful coat and easy to love personality. She just wants to love and be loved. Signature move: Nesting into blankets Loves: Mealtime, cheese, lazy Sundays, socializing, ear rubs, back scratches, SNIFFari in the yard & lounging with her people Bucket list: I love to smell everything, so let's take a flower arranging class together! I would also love to continue working on hand signs for training me! Spayed Microchipped Housebreaking is a work in progress Takes treats enthusiastically Excited on leash Some fear of car rides, but working on them! Working on crate training and improving every day! UTD on vaccinations UTD on preventatives It seems as if Rue didn’t have a lot of positive exposure experiences before. Getting in and out of the car is scary for her. At first, the crate seemed to be a new and intimidating experience, but this girl has mastered it! Having open space and a fenced in yard is a new experience for her. Cats are new, but fun to chase. She does eat her food fast, but we’ve been using a slow feeder and that seems to be helping. Frozen Kongs and a variety of toys are helpful. Will mostly only barks when in the crate. She does seem to have a little FOMO. Wants to be near people and in the middle of the action. Rue has rocked the whole housebreaking thing as long as she is on a consistent schedule. No issues with food but we do feed in the crate Rue would benefit from consistency in her routine and a similarly sized friend to learn from. When consistency is missing, she loses confidence and tends to pace. She is a very smart girl and picks things up quickly, but is still working on social cues, like not trying to play with dogs who don't want to play. This brilliant, sweet girl is a diamond in the rough who is already starting to shine! Albert's Dog Lounge is a specialty rescue focusing primarily on senior and special needs dogs. Our process includes an approved application, reference checks, a homevisit, and then a meet and greet with the dog. Adoption fee is $300, ($550 for a pair). Story
Nebel is a pure bred German Shepherd puppy. Born on 10/2/24 - he is a stage 5 clinger and loves his humans and kiddos!  Nebel is getting a good understanding of basic obedience and vey eager to learn.  In true German Shepherd fashion - Nebel loves to talk and will serenade you with his excitment whimpers.  He loves to cuddle and wants to follow your every step.  Nebel is looking for a home with people who are there most of the day and who are patient and understand he will need slow and positive interactions and to just be allowed to observe the world around him as he takes it all in! We also strongly believe that large dogs should be altered when the timing is right for their growth - so we are allowing for that with these puppies; however, because they are purebred and we will NOT be adopting out for breeding purposes, part of the adoption fee is a refundable spay/neuter deposit. $425 adoption fee $500 alteration deposit. Once you prove that you have completed the alteration, we will reimburse the $500 deposit and issue a $100 operation refund as well.  ##2262429##

Story
Introducing Lady Catherine from the Pride & Prejudice litter! This super sweet Shepherd mix weighs 53 lbs. and is a medium-high energy dog. She takes a bit to warm up to new people, but once she does, she`ll be your best friend! However, due to her nervousness around new people, a quieter, less busy house would work best. She loves to play with her toys as well as run around outside! She`s food motivated and knows basic commands! She is: Potty trained Crate trained Playful Affectionate and gives kisses! Can have free run at night! Great watchdog and will let you know if you have company! She settles down at bedtime and can be left out her crate at night. She would do best in a house without dogs or cats. Story
My name is Biscuit and I am sponsored by Brutus Broth! Hi there! The shelter that I came from in AL said that I was 2 years old, but my foster parents don`t believe it. They say I`m all puppy. Probably closer to a year if not younger is their guess. I am the most loveable girl. I want nothing more than to curl up by you. I LOVE people and other dogs. I haven`t had any exposure to cats or kids. My foster mom says she bets I would love kids. I am new to my foster home and am working hard on my potty training. My foster mom says I have the most soulful eyes that are so full of love. I have the softest fur, too which is perfect for cuddling. I am crate trained and I`m the perfect size at around 50lbs. I would love to find my Valentine for Valentine`s Day!You can also watch for stories, pictures and videos about me on our Facebook page http://www.facebook.com/JrsPupsNStuffInc Ask to meet me today!!Adoption fee: Check back soon! All dogs/puppies have been fully vetted including spay/neuter, micro-chipping, worming, heartworm testing and preventative treatment, flea/tick preventative, and all required age appropriate vaccinations.
