He was adopted and returned because he is protective when strangers came around. In our opinion, he is a perfect dog. In the right home, he will be perfect. A man who has had a shepherd would be best. Some person that is stronger and in control so the dog doesn’t have to be would be best. He would be great for a family that the husband travels out of town and he wants to leave a dog that will look after his family while he is away. He can go with children. We like them to be 8 or older. He is great on a leash and will be a great dog for an outdoorsy person wanting a companion to tag along. Ryker has a beautiful bushy coat and would be perfect in the cooler climates in the North. He is vaccinated, neutered, healthy and ready for his forever home.
