Story
Shelby Ann is a very spirited German Shepherd. She would make a good family pet, most likely in a house without any cats as she does have a very intense interest in them. She is ok with other dogs but would do better in a house as the only one. She is very energetic and requires daily walks or other exercise. She is very obedient - although sometimes stubborn - but also loyal. She wants to find her person(s). If interested, please email masonhaven48@yahoo.com.

Story
Meet Thor Introducing Thor, the big and friendly dog with a heart of love! This squishy pup is a great companion for anyone who loves big, playful dogs. Thor is a natural social butterfly and loves spending time with other dogs, making him a great fit for households with multiple pets. He loves being in the house and is quick to make himself at home. Thor is being fostered in a home in Seguin, TX and is available to adopt out of state but needs to be an only dog as a meet and greet is required. Thor is a dog who's always up for an adventure, and he particularly loves car rides. He jumps into the car with ease and settles in for the ride, making him the perfect companion for road trips and outings with the family. With his love for exploration, we recommend a high fence for this big boy. But Thor isn't just about fun and games; he's also a well-trained pup who knows how to sit and walks well on a leash. He's always eager to learn new things and is a quick study. With his love of learning and eagerness to please, Thor is a great candidate for agility training. While in the house, Thor is content in a kennel or just laying on the couch. And let's not forget, Thor loves attention and is a big snuggler. Whether it's curling up on the couch for a movie night or cuddling in bed, Thor loves being close to his humans and soaking up all the love and affection. In short, Thor is a big and friendly dog who's always ready for fun and adventure. If you're looking for a loyal and playful companion who's great with other pets, loves car rides, and enjoys a good snuggle, then Thor is the perfect fit for you! You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Meet Lola! Lola is a resilient and loving German Shepherd who’s ready to find her forever home. Born around June 1, 2023, and weighing 37 pounds, Lola’s journey has been a tough one. She was living on the streets with a homeless man and endured a battle with parvo for three days before being released to our rescue. Thanks to the care she received, Lola has made a full recovery and is thriving in her foster home. Lola is a playful and affectionate girl who enjoys the company of other dogs and loves her toys. However, she would prefer to be the only dog in her new home, where she can receive all the attention and love she craves. She is potty trained and walks beautifully on a leash, making her a well-behaved companion. Fully vetted, Lola has received a ProHeart 12 vaccine, providing heartworm prevention until June 26, 2025. Her adoption fee is $300. If you’re looking for a loyal and loving German Shepherd who’s ready to bring joy and companionship into your life, Lola might be the perfect match. Apply to adopt her today at www.adoggie4you.org and give Lola the loving forever home she deserves. Bring Lola into your family and enjoy a lifetime of loyalty and affection! This dog is currently in Texas; however, it can be transported to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Chicago, Des Moines, Omaha, Cincinnati, Lexington KY or all along the East Coast. If transported, there is an additional transport fee of $225. We do not transport to Rhode Island or Massachusetts due to their regulations. Story
Patty is a friendly German Shepherd with a heart full of love and a playful spirit. She dreams of living where she play and enjoy the company of another dog pal her size. Patty thrives in the presence of other dogs and is particularly fond of Dogs her own size. Patty isn't one for hard work; she's more interested in being a loyal companion who loves to hang out and be around you. Whether she's getting in your way playfully or just lounging nearby, Patty's main goal is to be close to her family. She'd be happiest in a home with owners who can create a stable loving environment. One of Patty's favorite activities is playing in water, especially on hot days. She'd love a splash around in a lakes or river. Patty does experience separation anxiety, but with the right home and loving care, she can overcome it. She needs a family that can offer her plenty of attention, reassurance, and understanding. Her ideal home would be one where she's rarely left alone, and having another dog pal to keep her company would be a huge bonus. Patty isn't just a dog; she's a sweet soul just waiting to become a cherished member of your family. Her playful nature, love for water, and desire for companionship make her an exceptional pet. With patience and love, Patty's separation anxiety can be managed, and in return, she will give you boundless affection and devotion.

Story
Welcome Ryker to CCPAL Rescue. He is a Husky/Shepherd mix. He weighs about 45 pounds and beautiful blue eyes. He knows sit, shake a paw and is good on a leash. He is smart and loyal companion. His loyalty will make him a little protective of his people. He is a wonderful dog and likes a number of different dogs here at the rescue. He was adopted and returned because he is protective when strangers came around. In our opinion, he is a perfect dog. In the right home, he will be perfect. A man who has had a shepherd would be best. Some person that is stronger and in control so the dog doesn’t have to be would be best. He would be great for a family that the husband travels out of town and he wants to leave a dog that will look after his family while he is away. He can go with children. We like them to be 8 or older. He is great on a leash and will be a great dog for an outdoorsy person wanting a companion to tag along. Ryker has a beautiful bushy coat and would be perfect in the cooler climates in the North. He is vaccinated, neutered, healthy and ready for his forever home. He is in Texas and can be adopted locally. We can also work with one of the wonderful transporters to get him to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. His adoption fee is 300 and transport is 200. Contact Marlene at 210-867-1769 or email ccpalinquiries@gmail.com if you have questions. Online applications at www.ccpal.info/ See his cute video!!

Hello hello to everyone out there. Let me introduce myself. My name is Lauren and I'm a happy sweetheart that is wanting a home, a family...one to call my very own. I'm around 2 years and 45lbs. I'm a well balanced social gal that does well with people and also with the other foster pups here. Although I haven't had the pleasure of meeting any of those strange creatures y'all call a cat. With my breed's prey drive I might do better in a home without any. I'm active, playful and ready to explore...everywhere! I will need both mental and physical stimulation every single day to help keep me a healthy happy girl and keep my shenanigans to a minimum. BUT in return you'll have a most affectionate loyal friend and family member!! I'm already house trained so that lets us get right to the fun stuff!! I have tons of love ready to be unleashed on my family! AND I'm big on personality, smart and inquisitive, affectionate and sweet. My oh my I have a boatload of great traits going on, oh and don't forget my stunningly gorgeous good looks, to make me a great family addition, I just need the family...could it be YOUR family?
