She loves her humans and gets along great with children but needs to be an only pet. She is house and crate trained and very intelligent and affectionate. Due to her history with other dogs, she will not do well in a community setting such as an apartment. Lucy is smart, sweet, loving, cuddly, protective, because she's half husky, she talks a lot. Whenever she wants to go outside, she picks up a toy and goes to the door. Lucy is active and she enjoys walks and the park. Lucy is vaccinated, spayed, microchipped, and heartworm negative. I was adopted at the age of 2 from an animal shelter. I was minding my own business living my best life until a new little human came around... and that's when things began to change. They say he has severe allergies, and I am causing issues impacting his health. I don't want him to suffer because of me, so I had my people reach out to the kind folks at LHS to assist in finding me a home to live out my glory years. I am housebroken and can be trusted to have free roam of the house. I can be a little bossy with other dogs so I would do best in a home as your only furry companion. I do great with people though, even little ones. They say I am very sweet and lovable - I have to say that I agree! I have been spayed and I will be brought current on vaccination and heartworm test on Monday.
