IDGSR Welcomes SHASTA into the safety of the rescue!! THIS DOG IS FOSTERED IN TENNESSEE & AVAILABLE FOR TRANSPORT ************** Hey Y'all! My name is Shasta and I'm a 5-6yr old female German Shepherd. I am located near Greeneville TN and will be available for transport. Quick Facts: Age - 5-6yr old Home - ideally a home with a fenced in yard, no apartment or condo Kids - Would do well with kids (12+) Dogs - Good with large males, no females or small dogs Cats - NO cats Training - Needs standard obedience training 1. I had a pretty awful upbringing, my foster mom can fill you in on my backstory. Despite a bad start to life, I have a lot of love to give. 2. I would love to have a fenced in yard to explore in and a comfy bed to rest on. I don't require much because I've never had anything nice, if you can give me a good life, I will be forever grateful. 3. I would do best as either an only dog or with a confident male dog. I must be the only female dog in the home. It's also best that I avoid homes with small dogs and cats. 4. I love to jog in the backyard, check out what's going on, and have the occasional play time with one of the male foster dogs. 5. I've never spent a holiday with a loving person or family, I heard it's one of the most special times of the year. I hope you have a place in your heart & on your couch for a middle aged gal like me!
